ATTA calls itself 'an institution in Rotterdam', but you only later find out that this institution has a negative meaning. After sending forms, I completed the file as soon as possible for assessment at ATTA, including a form to indicate which type of property there was interest in at the Lee Towers. Mr. Singh handles matters for the Lee Towers on behalf of ATTA. This young real estate agent is the most uninterested person I have ever encountered within a service provision. On the phone, he is unfriendly when making an appointment to view a property. Upon arrival at the Lee Towers, he is equally uninterested and presumably worries more about his own physical appearance than his service provision. The properties indicated on the form turn out not to be available at all, which he does not mention. Studios generally do not appear to be available for couples, so why arrange viewings. I had to pay for a Chamber of Commerce extract for a complete file but this is then barely looked at. Ultimately, only the most expensive options are available the next day. The following day it turns out that an apartment in the desired price range has become available. That this must be rented a month earlier than the desired start date, Mr Singh makes no comment about it because he naturally has no idea what the customer's wishes actually were. According to his LinkedIn profile, Singh started as an intern at ATTA. Apparently, this is the level at which ATTA trains its employees. Singh confirms his bad reviews and ATTA as an agency embodies real estate arrogance.
