We came to Monique through a recommendation and were incredibly happy that she supported us during the purchase of our apartment! We were grateful for her service and involvement. She was attentive and helpful, funny, and we especially appreciated her down-to-earth attitude! What a pleasure it was to work with her! She accompanied us on the viewings, gave us insights, and asked the seller's real estate agent the right questions that we hadn’t thought of ourselves. When we made an appointment for a viewing where she couldn’t be present, she herself made an appointment to check it out and gave us feedback. During our search for an apartment, we fell in love with one and wanted to bid on it. Late in the evening, Monique told us that she had read all available meeting minutes from the VVE and had discovered enormous structural problems related to unforeseen leaks (the sellers and the real estate agent kept this secret, although we had asked about defaults). Monique therefore prevented us from making a wrong choice and potentially losing a lot of money! The second apartment that we liked and on which we bid with her help, we won! She guided us through the purchasing process, recommended a notary to us, and was (emotionally) a rock.
