I completely disagree with all those positive reviews. The appraiser came in without consultation, immediately started working, took a few pictures and left. The appraisal report will be ready in 2 weeks while they told me within 5 days (the excuse is that they have a backlog). Communication very poor, still waiting to be called back because I disagree with the appraisal report. The market value of my house was determined among other things by sales of homes sold in 2016 while the current market has risen significantly in 2019. No one can tell me that a property of 3-room construction, built in 1988 (68 m2 living space) in Rotterdam has a market value of 126000 euros. Advice was requested from OOMS real estate agent, they came by, good explanation of how they work. Estimated value is much higher than with Buddies Real Estate. An appointment for an appraisal was made immediately.
