A very pleasant and sincere introduction and the process went positively. The market is difficult to assess, which does not entirely fall under the responsibility of a real estate agent. On May 4th, late in the afternoon, a property was posted on Move and Funda, and I reacted immediately. I was nicely spoken to by a lady who indicated that I would be called that same day/evening to schedule a viewing. This did not happen, nor did it happen the next day. I contacted them again myself to still schedule the viewing. Then I received the message that they knew nothing about my previous contact moment/request and I could be placed on a waiting list because so many people have been called in the meantime. They didn't even bother to look at options. A bit of a shame.
