My partner and I met Gilaine from HKM Real Estate during a viewing of a potential house. Professional, patient, efficient and responsive. When we wanted to sell our house, we had appointments with several real estate agents. Due to the fluctuations in the housing market, we wanted to sell our house as soon as possible, but not too quickly. Actually, Gilaine was not our first choice. One of the other agents made us nice promises at the beginning: the house would be put up for sale quickly / guaranteed number of viewings / several viewings planned. However, when we said yes, all the following plans turned out to be different from what was promised: a much longer listing period, no guarantee on the viewing time and numbers.
