Conclusie: Gilaine is de makelaar die we iedereen, familie, vrienden en collega's, zouden aanraden als ze een huis willen verkopen of kopen. Professioneel, geduldig, efficiënt en reageert snel. Toen we ons huis wilden verkopen, hadden we afspraken met verschillende makelaars. Door de schommelingen op de huizenmarkt wilden we ons huis zo snel mogelijk verkopen, maar niet overhaast. Eigenlijk was Gilaine niet onze eerste keuze. Een andere makelaar deed ons in het begin mooie beloftes: het huis zou snel te koop staan, er zouden gegarandeerd veel bezichtigingen zijn en er zouden meerdere bezichtigingen gepland worden. Toen we echter akkoord gingen, bleken alle plannen die volgden heel anders te zijn dan ze hadden beloofd: de verkoop duurde veel langer en er was geen garantie voor het aantal bezichtigingen. Na dit voorval besloten we direct om niet verder met hen in zee te gaan en ons gevoel te volgen en met Gilaine verder te gaan. Dat bleek de beste beslissing die we in het tweede kwartaal van 2022 hebben genomen :) Alles werd direct en OP DE JUISTE MANIER geregeld: fotoshoot, plaatsing van de advertentie, planning van de bezichtigingen, bezichtigingen, het ontvangen van biedingen en uiteindelijk de definitieve overdracht. Alles was binnen een maand afgerond, met een resultaat dat onze verwachtingen overtrof. 100% tevredenheid, 100% aanbevolen!! Bedankt Gilaine, het was een genoegen je te ontmoeten :)
