Disappointing! Unlike expected, Laurens wasn't always our point of contact and not present on our first sales day. The text they wrote gave us the feeling that they didn't understand the neighborhood and the apartment. Advice on how to better present the house came in the form of a short (I would say worthless) pdf. The photographer was good, though. I got the feeling that they want to keep their work brief. Good price but basic service.

Not so good with emailing. Sends generic emails claiming no response has been received, while that is actually the case. Poor communication.
