Jeco Rental Estate, also known as a one-man business run by Mr. Marco. Almost unreachable if you need something from him. But if he needs something from you, everything must go quickly. Will he protect you as an agent? He always chooses a side and the other party has to figure it out themselves. So if you are looking for a trusted advisor to acquire a house, please look elsewhere. PS: He will probably respond to this message with polite words like ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about’ etc.

First of all, this is not an official company. Marco is the owner and independent entrepreneur. He never picked up my phone calls after I moved abroad. I am writing here and will call the police. First of all, he accepted the deposit. And I cannot cancel my electricity, energy, and water because he did not give me the parameters. The apartments that he offered are much more expensive than those of an official real estate agency in the Netherlands. And the amenities are of poor quality. I had a broken lamp and a cracked floor from day one, and they were never repaired. If you are not desperately looking for housing, look for a real real estate agency. You can easily find them on Pararius and Funda.
