After Ivo successfully sold my father's house in 2018 (after another realtor gave up. Ivo handled the purchase of our house in 2019, he was fantastic!! Deceptive already sold homes remain on Funda to attract attention. Arrive much too late for appointments and act superior as if born short on time while they let sellers drop their prices.

Unfortunately, no news received after submitting a bid via registration. After emailing the office again, I still didn't receive a response. I took that as a hint that my bid was not accepted. It’s not very nice that people don't bother to let you know whether a bid has been accepted or not. I understand that they protect the seller's interests, but some communication towards interested buyers seems like common courtesy to me. This isn't about buying a package of butter. It’s a shame that one cannot put themselves in the buyer's shoes who is on edge.

Very bad experience with them. I called about a property listed on funda. On the phone, I indicated that I did not want a viewing, because I already know the apartment complex. I wanted to place a bid without any financing conditions. The lady on the line stated that I cannot offer a bid without first attending one of the three viewing days, so that every potential buyer can fill in a bidding list and bid to the seller. One day before the viewing, we received a phone call saying that the property had been sold. This means that both the seller has perhaps been deprived of a better selling price and buyers have been denied the opportunity to participate in a fair bidding process.
