I was very disappointed with my experience with real estate agent Kolpa. They showed me an office and indicated that I could get it if I submitted my documents neatly and on time. After a day of contacting them to ask if they had received my documents, they stated that everything was fine. A week later, I received an email stating that the office had been rented to another party. It was unprofessional and discouraging to discover that my time and effort were for nothing.

Although we didn't find our house with Kolpa, they responded to us very nicely, punctually and completely throughout the entire process (and afterwards). Had a pleasant collaboration with them!

Kolpa leaves residents literally out in the cold without heating or hot water because they don't have a key to the apartment where the central heating system is located. Nobody lives there, so yes... That is a problem. But although the lady on the phone does her best, the responsible people are unavailable on their oh so beloved Friday afternoon. Well .... A scandalous way of doing business.

Worked together with them several times and always very accessible, quick and clear response. Always pleasant contact with both Anouk and Sebastiaan. Personally, I find it important that everything is legally perfect, and I certainly get that feeling with this real estate agent.

I made the mistake of trusting their promises and words, which ultimately cost me thousands of euros. Don't believe their lies when they make false promises to make your life easier. A terrible experience.

Slechtste ervaring ooit! - Bereikbaar tot aan de ondertekening van de voorlopige koopovereenkomst, maar vervolgens 80% van de vragen en verzoeken negerend. - In mijn bod stond: klant wil eerder een woning kopen, wat uiteindelijk niet uitmaakte. Ik kreeg de woning 1 maand later - in totaal 2 maanden (terwijl hij - mijn makelaar - grapte dat het onmogelijk is om de hypotheek binnen 9 dagen rond te krijgen - wat ik wel heb gedaan). - Verborgen kosten van ongeveer 1.200 die hij niet van tevoren had uitgelegd (inschrijving in het Kadaster, overige kosten, tolk, enz.). - Gelogen over de geschatte kosten van de centrale verwarming (7.500 euro) en dat hij een betrouwbare partij kende die dat kon doen. - Na de aankoop, toen ik om zijn contactgegevens vroeg, was mijn makelaar verdwenen. De centrale verwarming kostte meer dan 11.000 euro. - Vertraging met het regelen van de bouwkundige keuring. Oorspronkelijk wilde hij het zelf doen (om meer geld te krijgen) - dat mocht niet - en toen hij besefte dat het niet mocht, verwees hij me door naar een andere "bekende" die alleen het taxatierapport had opgesteld. Ze gaven elkaar de schuld, tegenover mij, of mijn makelaar hem nu wel of niet had gevraagd de bouwkundige keuring te doen. - Tot mijn teleurstelling heb ik de zaak twee keer aangekaart en gezegd dat ik slechte kritiek zou geven op Funda/Google. Precies daarna, de eerste keer dat de dochter van mijn makelaar in het ziekenhuis belandde, de tweede keer dat mijn moeder overleed. Echt een ongelukkige wending - nogmaals mijn condoleances aan mijn makelaar Gerard!!! Het team had moeten ingrijpen. - Na het tekenen van de voorlopige koopovereenkomst was er een grote lekkage in het plafond. Hij beloofde 2.000-3.000.000 euro van de aankoopprijs opzij te zetten zodat ik het kon repareren, maar dat is nooit gebeurd. - Het totale verlies was ongeveer 6.000-10.000 euro, bovenop de 4.000 euro die ik hen had betaald voor niets doen - een groot verlies op mijn bankrekening. De overbieding lag 13% boven de vraagprijs en de woning had grote problemen met elektriciteit, badkamer, dak, berging, enz. - die hij nog wat verder kon aanvechten om de klant te beschermen. - totaal geen kennis van de Nationale Hypotheek Garantie. Een Nederlandse collega raadde me aan om 2000 euro te onderhandelen over hun schadevergoeding vanwege de slechte service die ze leveren (wat ze toegegeven erkenden), maar ik betaalde liever het volledige bedrag (misschien mijn fout) en gaf tegelijkertijd mijn eerlijke en onderbouwde feedback per e-mail - ter informatie van potentiële klanten. Blijf er alsjeblieft vanaf!!!

Initially a very friendly group of real estate agents, as buyers we even received a bottle of wine when signing the purchase agreement. Unfortunately, the sale ended bitterly. After signing the purchase agreement, they became uncooperative and the collaboration was far from pleasant. As if that weren't enough, they lost the keys to the house after the transfer was signed, preventing us from entering the house. We never received an apology for this. We have no experience of what it is like to work with Kolpa as sellers, but we would not recommend it.

Very rigid realtor, who mainly focuses on regulations and legal liability, and is completely closed off to suggestions or cooperating with possible alternative solutions. It's terribly difficult to get the keys to the property to take measurements for kitchen, flooring, etc. suppliers. And this while the purchase deed has already been signed at the notary's office. They also strongly emphasize that cleaning is not allowed, only taking measurements and then immediately returning the key. I will not recommend this realtor!
