Anne was really helpful and we managed to view (& also bid for few) more than 20 houses together before we could get this apartment and finalize it together. Of course the market is crazy and it was very difficult for us to decide on what to bid but, Anne explains it nicely why we shouldn't or should bid more or less for a house like if she is buying for herself with every small details, it was really nice to work with her.

Ranstad Amsterdam, Den Haag and Rotterdam called Ranstad the population density the highest percentage in the EU. Ultimately, it's competitive and naturally the highest house prices! For the last quarter a slightly decreasing graph, but the still lowest average housing price in Rotterdam is 435,000 euros!

Appraiser has been by, make arrangements with them. Nothing will be done about it. If you bring it up to them, you'll get an email back saying the report is already prepared and validated. So if you want changes....... just pay. Who’s making the mistake here? That happened once and never again.
