Anne was really helpful and we managed to view (& also bid for few) more than 20 houses together before we could get this apartment and finalize it together. Appraiser has been by, make arrangements with them. Nothing will be done about it. If you bring it up to them, you'll get an email back saying the report is already prepared and validated. So if you want changes....... just pay. Who’s making the mistake here? That happened once and never again.
