I have more than 10 years of experience with them as VVE (Vereniging van Eigenaren). For example: if something is wrong with your building, whether it's a blocked drain or something else, and you don't request quotes from companies yourself (so you do what Lankhuijzen pays for), then you usually get quotes that are three times the cost. This has led to me losing my trust in them over the years.

After a nice conversation and due to the extensive experience that the real estate agent had, I went into business with them. They were my sales agent. I advise everyone to use them as a sales agent. In short, the motto is unfortunately 'as quick as possible sale with as little effort as possible'. There needs to be professionalism in determining the price for the apartment, and I suggested offering a parking space separately to achieve as high a market price as possible. Given the company's 20 years of experience, I assumed that the full set of tricks to arrange a nice price would be handled. But unfortunately my fear has become reality. In no way was there any extra service provided to ensure the highest possible sale price is achieved. No open days. I was not kept informed of what was discussed on funda. What I heard is that there were a number of responses, but I have very little experience and I know for sure that dozens of people sent messages on funda, unfortunately I have heard nothing further about it. In no way were suggestions made to offer the house for sale in different ways to ensure a nice market value price. The only thing that mattered was the agent's advantage, selling as quickly as possible with as little effort as possible. I advise everyone not to use Landhuizen as a sales agent. In summary, you could say that the agent did everything to make it as quick as possible (it will have taken in total about 1 or 2 working days) They can help you well to sell your property quickly for a price that is not extremely bad, but do not expect any extra service or attention in any way. I am still stuck with a parking space that I can't do anything about. And despite the agreement (it was part of the sales deed) they want to charge a considerable amount again for the parking space (while all data from the cadastre and notary are already available) a company that has known the Rotterdam market for so long and has the right contacts could easily arrange this without problems. Don't go into business with them as a sales agent. What was good: they know what the price is in which they can sell it within a month. They have the cash in and for the rest there is little interest to really get the best deal for the client. Thank you for the sale, but I would have liked to have a sales agent who had done just a tiny bit more extra (even if it was only 30 minutes)

Friendly, helpful, personal and quality top

They are not to be trusted. It's been a few months since I checked out of an accommodation they managed, and they stole my deposit + other payments that they could have repaid. To get an idea of how shady they are: * They charged me for city heating in the summer. €165 per month x 23 months... 2 months after checking out, when I asked for my deposit + extra payment back! * They never sent me the invoices I requested. * They told me that I left the apartment in a condition that I did not. * I had to stay in hotels twice because the apartment's bathroom was unusable. I paid for the stay out of my own pocket and they did everything to avoid honoring it (and still owe me something). * My bathroom caused damage to the business space (art gallery) below. It took months to repair. The only way to get my money back (more than €4000, but I couldn't know that, because they always tell lies instead of sending me the invoices) is by complaining about them.

The person who spoke to me was very rude and unfriendly. He seems to have absolutely no empathy or understanding; instead of trying to help us, he argued with us and deliberately hung up in the middle of the conversation.

Annoying experience with Lankhuizen real estate agency. After indicating several times that certain things in the house are broken, there is no action taken. On the phone they say 'we will arrange it' and 'you will be contacted shortly', but action remains absent. All in all, very disturbing.

Bad experiences with this company. The employees seem very uninterested and are completely unhelpful. It seems as if they brush everything aside in the hope that all problems will resolve themselves one day. I have been living in a house with this real estate agency in the VVE for some time now, and little to nothing is ever adequately addressed when there are problems.

We have been living in a house for 4 years that falls under Makelaardij Lankhuijzen VVE. Every time something breaks (for example, when the heating stops working) we are not helped at all. We then spend 3 weeks every day on the phone with them and get passed from pillar to post. Employees are completely unhelpful and very uninterested. I would advise against entering into a partnership with this real estate agent.

We did not purchase a house through real estate agency Lankhuijzen, but we do have a good experience that we would like to share. In October 2018, I visited an open house of real estate agency Lankhuijzen for my friend and myself. A few weeks later, we received a phone call informing us that the house had been assigned to us. Because my friend could not attend the open house, we asked if we could view the apartment again. This was no problem at all, and we were able to pick up the keys that same day to look around the apartment at our leisure. We ultimately rejected the apartment because we had already found another apartment. What a pleasant service; we would gladly return here for our next house!
