When it was time for me to sign the apartment contract, they gave me an appointment time that I couldn't be present for, but as soon as I told them it was a bad time, they could adjust their busy schedule to my needs. I want to warn everyone about this 'company'. They work on behalf of landlords but also ask money from tenants. It is prohibited by law to request money from both the tenant and the landlord, and they are therefore operating illegally. Furthermore, they do not fulfill their agreements at all; we had a (written) appointment for 14:00 for a viewing. There was nobody there. After waiting for a while, we called and it turned out suddenly to be a group viewing at 16:00. The reason given was: 'The boss is in Armenia with a time difference of 2 hours.' Still waited; then a person appeared who really knew nothing about the property, not even how it is heated.. Disgusting how this kind of 'companies' abuse the good faith of house seekers in an overheated market. There were approximately 14 interested parties. 12 x €45 for a bunch of nonsense. Ugh!

The first contact with the real estate agent was pleasant and everyone finds me okay. After sending a check home, along with documents and administration, the real estate agent has no interest in me. No information about what happened to the last rental house and zero offers for new rental houses. It's not a fair game!!! Real estate agent does well when interesting money is sent.. That I leave my property system before I come.
