I have been house hunting for the past four months, and although every viewing has had its pros and cons, I find it almost impossible to name any advantages about the viewing of the property. The appointment for the viewing lasted a total of 8 minutes. None of the questions were answered clearly and there was generally very little interest in providing a clear overview of the apartment. The appointments were scheduled with a gap of 10 minutes, and the next viewer arrived only a few minutes after us and was asked to wait outside. In addition, the bidding system was not arranged via a bidding portal (such as move.nl), but we were simply asked to send an email with the bid and details. Despite the good quality and appeal of the property, I have decided not to make an offer, due to the lack of care and interest from the real estate agent. With such a real estate agent, I wouldn't even buy a sack of potatoes.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I do not recommend this broker to you. Just a headache, they are affiliated with nothing, you have no leg to stand on if something happens. This broker is unprofessional, has absolutely no experience, what she says with nice stories does not make it true at all. Do not enter into an agreement with this amateur please. A warned person counts for two. I myself, as you read, have had a very bad experience with them. She is completely unfriendly and offers absolutely no service, she's only after your money.
