Dutch: I have been house hunting for the past 4 months and although each viewing had its pros and cons, I find it almost impossible to mention any advantages of the property viewing. The appointment for the viewing lasted a total of 8 minutes. No clear answer was given to any of the questions and there was generally little interest in giving a clear picture of the apartment. The appointments were scheduled every 10 minutes and the next viewer arrived only a few minutes after us and was asked to wait outside. Furthermore, the bidding system was not organized via a bidding portal (such as move.nl), but they were only asked to send an email with the offer and details. Despite the good quality and attractiveness of the property, I have decided not to make an offer, due to the lack of care and interest from the real estate agent. With such a real estate agent, I would not even buy a bag of potatoes.
