Ik raad ze absoluut af. Het is een bedrijf dat alleen maar om geld geeft.
We have contacted this person in the context of purchasing a property as an investment and paid €1.500 in this regard. Initially, it was stated that the purchase was possible. However, about two months later, when we were in the phase of signing a purchase contract, we were informed that the process could not be continued due to changed legislation. The process was then terminated without an alternative being offered. Our request for reimbursement has unfortunately not been granted. During the process, we have also experienced some problems in communication. Moreover, afterwards we were approached by people who, in our impression, are associated with him (indicated as his son and brother), during which we received communication via phone calls and WhatsApp messages that we experienced as threatening. All conversation data and correspondence are stored by us. We advise others to act carefully in a comparable process.

De tijd die verstreek van het begin van het proces tot de afronding van de eigendomsoverdracht was erg kort; ik vond het een zeer succesvol proces en we hebben vandaag eindelijk onze sleutels ontvangen. Ladies and Gentlemen, I do not recommend this broker to you. Just a headache, they are affiliated with nothing, you have no leg to stand on if something happens. This broker is unprofessional, has absolutely no experience, what she says with nice stories does not make it true at all. Do not enter into an agreement with this amateur please. A warned person counts for two. I myself, as you read, have had a very bad experience with them. She is completely unfriendly and offers absolutely no service, she's only after your money.

Dutch: I have been house hunting for the past 4 months and although each viewing had its pros and cons, I find it almost impossible to mention any advantages of the property viewing. The appointment for the viewing lasted a total of 8 minutes. No clear answer was given to any of the questions and there was generally little interest in giving a clear picture of the apartment. The appointments were scheduled every 10 minutes and the next viewer arrived only a few minutes after us and was asked to wait outside. Furthermore, the bidding system was not organized via a bidding portal (such as move.nl), but they were only asked to send an email with the offer and details. Despite the good quality and attractiveness of the property, I have decided not to make an offer, due to the lack of care and interest from the real estate agent. With such a real estate agent, I would not even buy a bag of potatoes.
