The agent did exactly the minimum required, often we had to ask again ourselves. After we accepted the offer, we heard nothing more from them.

They are good as long as there are no complications, but when things go wrong in a house where they guaranteed that it would be sorted out due to negligence and poor workmanship, that turned out not to be the case. If you then call or email them, everything is ignored, but for warranty claims they stalk you and are perfectly reachable, and if you have criticism of them or express your frustration, they are shocked and astonished because nothing is their fault, even when they themselves guarantee that a leak will be fixed.
