Ik was in het buitenland en in een andere tijdzone tijdens de bezichtigingen en de verkoop, maar ze hebben me geholpen alles op afstand soepel te laten verlopen. Denise en Anwar waren altijd behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar, en het hele team reageerde snel en was gewoon heel prettig in de omgang. Het hele proces voelde heel persoonlijk en warm aan. Update: Ik ben gecontacteerd door de eigenaar en CEO, Alina Bijster. Ze heeft geluisterd naar de problemen die ik met het makelaarskantoor had en heeft aangeboden alles in het werk te stellen om de situatie en het ongemak dat ze mogelijk onbedoeld hebben veroorzaakt, recht te zetten. Dat beschouw ik als uitstekende klantenservice. Hoewel ik op dit moment misschien geen gebruik kan maken van hun diensten, denk ik dat zij zeker het makelaarskantoor zullen zijn waar ik aan denk als ik in de toekomst weer een makelaar nodig heb. Ze geven namelijk om hun klanten op een niveau dat ik hier nog niet eerder ben tegengekomen, maar wat ik graag zou willen zien. Ze waren geweldig, totdat ze dat niet meer waren. Ik heb gesolliciteerd op een appartement dat ze aanboden en ben naar de bezichtiging geweest. Het eerste contact en het proces verliepen erg goed. Houd er rekening mee dat dit in december was, de markt is lastig en we hadden dringend een appartement nodig, maar het is ook begrijpelijk dat we het niet krijgen, want dat ligt niet aan hen. Ze hebben ons dat ook tijdig laten weten en daarmee was de zaak afgedaan. Wat ging er mis: Op 31 december om precies 23:25 uur kreeg ik een telefoontje van het makelaarskantoor. Ik kon niet opnemen omdat ik tot 23:30 uur in een vergadering zat. Toen heb ik teruggebeld. De persoon die opnam zei dat ik een bericht kon achterlaten en dat ze me zo snel mogelijk zouden terugbellen zodra ze hadden gecontroleerd welke makelaar me probeerde te bereiken. Ik heb ook een e-mail gestuurd naar de makelaar met wie ik voor dit appartement contact had. Beide berichten werden volledig genegeerd. Het is nu een week later en ik heb nog steeds niets van het makelaarskantoor gehoord. Ik heb geen idee waar dat telefoontje over ging.

I can only but be praiseful about the process of selling my house. From the first contact to the moment the deal was closed, everything went quickly, smoothly and without any stress. The team was extremely professional, but at the same time very personal and helpful. They gave clear explanations about the process, proposed a realistic asking price for my property and ensured an excellent presentation of my house, including beautiful photos and an attractive description. Within no-time I already had several interested parties and my house was sold much faster than expected. I really felt supported throughout the entire process, from the negotiations to the final transfer.
