Terrible experience with a real estate agent.

Metz Real Estate helped me with the sale of my apartment. I spoke with three different agencies before making a choice and am glad I chose Metz. They have a talented and expert team and the communication was great throughout the entire process. Update: I have been contacted by the owner and CEO Alina Bijster, who listened to the problems I was experiencing with the agency and has offered to explore all possible ways to rectify the situation and the inconvenience they unintentionally caused, and that counts as excellent customer service to me. Although I may not be able to use their services at this moment, I am inclined to say that they will certainly be the agency I think of when I need fixed-rate services, because they care about the people who use their services to a level I have not yet encountered with an agency here, but that I would like to see. They were great until they weren't. I signed up for an apartment they had offered and went to the viewing. The initial contact and process were very good. Note that this was in December, the market is tough and we urgently needed an apartment, but it is also understandable if we don’t get it because it’s not their fault, and they communicated that we wouldn’t receive the apartment on time and that was that. What went wrong: On December 31st at exactly 23:25 I received a phone call from the agency which I couldn't answer because I was in a meeting until 23:30 and then I called back. The person who answers says that I can leave a message and they will contact me shortly once she has checked which agent tried to reach me. I also sent an email to the realtor with whom I was working for this apartment. Both were completely ignored, we are a week later and no beeps from the agency and I have no idea what that phone call was about.
