I contacted MOM Assurantien for mortgage advice based on the positive reviews here. The website mentions mortgage advice as a service they provide. Without further explanation or appreciation for my trust in them, they emailed me to let me know that they cannot help me. I would have preferred a phone call. Perhaps something unpleasant is happening which made that impossible, but of course I can only guess at that now. They did give me the name of another office with a Google rating of 3.8... well then I'll just keep searching!
