Mijn man en ik hebben ons door Baljon Makelaars laten begeleiden bij de verkoop van onze woning. Wij werden gekoppeld aan makelaar Marc Majoor. Van de eerste kennismaking tot de laatste inspectie voor de levering van onze woning was het een zeer prettige samenwerking. Zowel door Marc zelf, als door de medewerkers op kantoor is ons altijd het gevoel gegeven dat de verkoop van onze woning prioriteit had en dat dit in goede handen was. We zijn professioneel begeleid, maar ook altijd zeer vriendelijk benaderd. Onze woning is uiteindelijk verkocht voor de prijs waarop de woning bij de eerste kennismaking is ingeschat. Dit toont wat ons betreft aan dat Marc van wanten weet en een realistische inschatting kan maken. Ontzettend bedankt Marc en team Baljon Makelaars! Wellicht tot weerziens.

Op de een of andere manier is mijn recensie hier verwijderd. Ik kwam hierachter toen ik het voor een vriend bekeek die deze makelaar overweegt. Als dat zo is, is dat erg jammer. We hebben een paar jaar geleden een zeer negatieve ervaring gehad met de verkoop van ons huis. Ik had mijn ervaring hier beschreven, maar die is er om de een of andere reden niet meer. Alles, van het aanbieden van het huis tot de taxatie, de bezichtigingen en de uiteindelijke overdracht, was verschrikkelijk. Niet aan te raden. Als jullie deze recensie ook verwijderen, schrijf ik er zeker weer een.

Ik ben slecht geholpen. Mijn woning was niet bewoond ten tijde van verkoop en onbekende makelaars lieten ‘s nachts lichten aanstaan. Ook stookten ze explosief veel. Ik ben in een huis terechtgekomen wat onwijs gehorig is, terwijl ik juist vluchtte voor de geluidsoverlast van m’n bovenbuurman. Eigen schuld dikke bult maar in ieder geval wel de kas van deze club gespekt. Makelaar reageert niet meer op mijn hulpvraag.

Unfortunately, we have had a less good experience with Baljon Makelaars. It was stated during the sale that the apartment came with a storage space, but this did not hold up legally. As a result, we as buyers were inadequately informed. Despite multiple attempts at discussion, there remains ambiguity about the handling of the matter. We had expected a more careful information provision from an NVM agent.

When I wanted to buy a home, I was very happy that Baljon were the sales brokers for the new construction project - I had seen many positive reactions on social media and I was confident. I don't know whether Baljon lacked experience with new construction projects or if it has something to do with incompetence but I am very disappointed and will not recommend their services to anyone: poor communication, refusing to provide information, acting untransparently, denying / lying that there are problems with the construction. Save your money / time / energy and choose a different broker.

Baljon was the selling party of my rental property. I would never have my house sold through this agency myself. Poor communication regarding viewings and they leave your home in a different state after viewings. I even experienced once that half an eaten protein bar was left behind. Furthermore, they entered my home without permission which, in my opinion, is really unacceptable. I never made things difficult with viewings, scheduled my appointments around them and ensured the cleaning service came by extra one day prior. This is the thanks you get for it. When I filed a complaint, I also received a response that didn't give me the impression they found it troublesome; it felt more like a middle finger towards me.

Only praise! Received expert advice, the broker was very involved in the sale, able to quickly switch when unexpected developments occurred, even accessible in the evening or weekend in case of specific circumstances, large and local network and very professional.
