Wat werd mijn telefoontje vandaag schandalig opgenomen toen ik belde naar het algemene nummer. Ik, als potentiële klant, had vragen over de mogelijkheden van een bepaalde huurwoning. De dame was totaal niet bereid om mee te denken en wilde me het liefst zonder pardon afpoeieren. Omdat ik doorvroeg naar haar expertise (wat ze blijkbaar niet had), werd ze fel en vond ze het vervolgens ‘mijn probleem’ dat ik momenteel zonder woning zit omdat het nieuwbouw project nog niet is opgeleverd. Daarna had ik het nog gedaan ook omdat ik pittig terug reageerde. Wat raar zeg?! Ongekend. Als het mijn bedrijf was geweest had ik er per direct ontslagen. Daar ben je mooi klaar mee als dit je visitekaartje moet zijn.

Fijne communicatie en alles netjes geregeld met betrekking tot het huren van een nieuwe woning!

Het was geweldig om met het team samen te werken! Nadat we het appartement hadden bevestigd, tekenden we het contract en kregen we binnen een week de sleutels. We vertrouwden erop dat de reserveringsbetaling van 500 euro ons serieus zou nemen (en dat krijgen we terug), en dat heeft zich uitbetaald! Nogmaals bedankt.

Alles ging heel soepel en werden erg goed geholpen door Isabel en Negin! Duidelijke communicatie dus zeker aan te raden.

Ik kan dit makelaarskantoor van harte aanbevelen! De dames die ons hielpen waren buitengewoon vriendelijk, professioneel en toegankelijk. Iedereen die ik van het team ontmoette, was vriendelijk en professioneel. Toen ik de sleutels kwam ophalen, was het hele team zo aardig en gastvrij – het bevestigde gewoon hoe fijn het is om met hen samen te werken. Wat me echt indruk maakte, was hoe snel alles ging. Ik stuurde mijn aanvraag 's ochtends in en 's middags had ik al de bevestiging dat het appartement van mij was. Geen wachttijden, geen stress – ze handelen snel en efficiënt, wat eerlijk gezegd een enorme opluchting is als je je ergens moet vestigen. Financieel was alles vanaf het begin heel duidelijk. Ze vragen wel een kleine reserveringsvergoeding na de bezichtiging, gewoon om te bevestigen dat je serieus bent – maar maak je geen zorgen: dat bedrag krijg je altijd terug, of je de huur nu wel of niet doorzet. Het is volledig transparant en wordt netjes afgehandeld. Ik ben erg blij dat ik via hen mijn woning heb gevonden. Ik raad Rental Rotterdam zeker aan als je op zoek bent naar een woning in Den Haag of in de buurt – ze zijn eerlijk, professioneel, reageren snel en het is gewoon ontzettend fijn om met ze samen te werken.

They ask you to pay a deposit of 500 euros immediately after a viewing, even before they have shown you a contract or confirmed that you can rent the property. They abuse the scarcity in the housing market by shifting all effort and financial burdens onto the house seeker. They overwhelm you with requests for documents (24 in total, some of which involve extra costs for the house seeker), even if you are initially not considered a suitable candidate for the property.
