What my phone call today was outrageously recorded when I called the general number. As a potential customer, I had questions about the possibilities of a certain rental property. The lady was totally unwilling to think along and wanted to hang up on me as quickly as possible. Because I pressed her for her expertise (which she apparently didn't have), she became angry and then found it 'my problem' that I currently am without a home because the new construction project hasn't been completed yet. After that, I even did it again because I reacted pittig. What's strange to say?! Unprecedented. If it had been my company, I would have fired her immediately. That's all you get if that's supposed to be your business card.

They abuse the scarcity in the housing market by shifting all effort and financial burdens onto the house seeker.
