Het hele proces verliep extreem snel en efficiënt, waardoor mijn verhuizing veel gemakkelijker werd. Met haar hulp hadden wij een goede kans voor een woning en zodoende zijn wij aan onze nieuwe huurwoning gekomen waar wij de komende jaren kunnen vertoeven. Bedankt!

Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met Rental Rotterdam. Sophie heeft me gedurende het hele proces geholpen en was professioneel, reageerde snel en communiceerde heel duidelijk. Alles verliep soepel van begin tot eind en ik voelde me bij elke stap goed ondersteund. Al met al een zeer goede en stressvrije huurervaring.

Slordig.. ik zou een bezichtiging hebben. Blijken de gegevens niet overeen te komen met de woning. Stond er een plattegrond die niet bij het huis hoorde. Verder is het gecorrigeerd, maar ik vind het niet professioneel en ook jammer aangezien een zoektocht naar een woning in deze tijd lastig is.

Ik ben heel tevreden over de service van Rental Rotterdam. Negin heeft mij super goed geholpen tijdens de bezichtiging en het hele traject erna. De bezichtiging zelf was heel duidelijk en alles werd rustig en helder uitgelegd met een rondleiding door het gebouw. De communicatie was snel en prettig, en ik werd steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden. Ik kon met al mijn vragen bij hen terecht en kreeg altijd snel antwoord. Daarnaast is de borg ook netjes op tijd teruggestort.

Isabel heeft ons echt fijn geholpen tijdens het hele huurproces. Ze is vriendelijk en het team van Rental Rotterdam is snel met reageren. Wat wij vooral fijn vonden, is dat ze duidelijk communiceert en met je meedenkt. Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een fijne en betrokken verhuurmakelaar in Rotterdam!
