Above all, an extremely difficult-to-reach real estate agent who makes commitments and then doesn't keep them. As a result, almost all the realtor tasks (except for the viewings) were carried out by ourselves during the sales process. The realtor initially admitted mistakes (e.g., that the strategy was not good and acknowledged that they had us perform unjustified work), but later retracted those admissions. After pushing our complaints aside without clear justification, we were (again without explanation) asked to 'look in the mirror ourselves'. Extremely unpleasant experience. Scoundrelly much money for scoundrelly little work and market knowledge.
