A rather dreadful experience. So bad that even the landlord of the apartment I eventually rented had them removed. Absolutely not recommended.
Nothing helps, despite emails and phone calls, just lip service without a good solution.
Worst place to rent an apartment. The apartment I got was incredibly dirty and had bedbugs. The man who showed me the apartment said that I could always contact him about anything, but he blocked me and disappeared as soon as they gave me the apartment. They also take brokerage fees, which is illegal and they never answered me and completely ignore me when I try to contact them. Never go there, you will be scammed.
He is a liar and a thief!

I had bad experiences with them. They did not refund the deposit without any adequate explanation. Moreover, the 'landlord' asked me to pay an additional cleaning fee. And extra charges (~21% of the rental price) that they ask for their service are also illegal.
Fraud that uses every excuse to not return your deposit. Be careful!

A very unprofessional agent, who also happens to be the landlord of his apartments. He refused to pay for the maintenance obligations of our apartment, as stated in the contract: after a blackout of electricity I called him and asked if he could send an electrician, he replied: 'You live there, it's your problem.' In general, he would do everything to prove that the tenant caused every small damage in the apartment, so that he can avoid having to pay for it. As for getting the deposit back... good luck if he answers any of your calls !! Absolutely not recommended.

Beware. They are looking for expats because most of them have to leave the country hastily due to a change of job and they don't pay the deposits. Very bad experience. I also faced the same problem. Now they have renamed themselves from Villaci. I completely agree with Justin Csilla.
This is really ridiculous! The realtor from whom I rented the property turned out to be the landlord as well. He charged brokerage fees (one month's rent plus taxes), which isn't even legal in this case. Moreover, he refused to take on the maintenance obligations of the landlord and didn't deliver the services he promised in the contract (such as internet - which I haven't had for two months). He even kept my deposit after signing the agreement, in which he promised to return it. Finally, he hung up when my lawyer called him... This person is a joke. He thinks it’s legal to steal money from his clients and disappear without consequences. If you are the type of person who likes to live in a non-functional apartment, without internet, without a toilet, and without a landlord or realtor providing the promised services, and you enjoy wasting money and time, then Villaci Agency is the perfect choice for you!
