Via Schildtvoorde Makelaardij een woning gekocht. Na aankoop bleek de hoofdaansluiting niet verzegeld te zijn. Stedin kwalificeerde dit als onveilig en plaatste de zegel tegen betaling. We hebben dit bij Schildtvoorde aangekaart. Als reactie werd aangegeven dat een niet-bewoningsclausule van toepassing was. Volgens het wettelijke kader doet een niet-bewoningsclausule geen afbreuk aan een veiligheidsrisico dat bij levering al bestond. De melding is doorgestuurd naar de verkoper, maar verdere afhandeling of vergoeding bleef uit. Gezien het veiligheidsaspect vinden wij de afhandeling door zowel de verkoper als de makelaar teleurstellend.
