Door alle positieve reviews hier wilden wij graag onze taxatie door Sonny laten uitvoeren. Na een kort belletje hebben wij de Funda link van ons huis doorgestuurd zodat Sonny alvast een schatting kon maken van de waarde, maar daarna hebben we nooit meer wat van hem gehoord. Ook niet na een herinnering van onze kant na een paar dagen. Heel apart en totaal niet in lijn met de verwachting die door alle andere reviews was geschept.

We hadden op korte termijn een taxateur nodig en kwamen uit bij Sonny van de Geer. Gebeld en hadden direct een goed gevoel. Binnen 5 dagen is onze woning getaxeerd en 2 dagen later hadden we het rapport. Zeer volledige taxatie, zodat wij verder konden met onze wensenlijst voor onze nieuwe woning. Aanrader!

We hadden een taxatie rapport nodig, en kwamen zo bij Sonny uit. De reviews zeggen al genoeg lijkt me. En dat maakt ie ook waar! zelfde dag nog langs gekomen en paar dagen later erkent rapport via de mail binnen gekregen service en kwaliteit echt een aanrader.
