The process actually went very smoothly, allowed to view it multiple times and after offering the asking price, the deal was closed quickly, I even got access to the basement earlier. Absolutely top! However, I am disappointed in the honesty of the real estate agent. Especially the hidden defects. Completed the purchase in the summer, now that it's raining there's a double leak. Not to mention the concrete rot. And explicitly told that it was an old leak that had been resolved: Well, that was a lie for their own benefit.

After having done several viewings at homes that were listed on Funda via Spindler, I came into contact with the two brokers Guido and Tom. Even during the viewings, it struck me that they are very friendly and attentive. Both gentlemen seem honest and genuine to me. They think along with you, give you honest advice about, for example, possible renovation plans/finances. And they are very flexible; during one of the viewings, a proposal was immediately made to go look at another property later that same afternoon. Spindler recently appraised my new home. During the handover of this property, something went wrong between the seller and me, which meant I needed advice from a broker. Tom really stood by me enormously well. Both with his advice, and also being present on his day off (December 31st) at the handover of my house, for which I am immensely grateful! In short, I can recommend this brokerage to everyone.

Unreliable and scammers. I bought a house that was for sale through Spindler Real Estate Agency. Guido Flach was the selling realtor. He sold me the house knowing that the beams under the floor were rotten and that there was mold in the crawl space. He therefore knowingly withheld important information and deceived me in the purchase of this house. I can prove everything, even with witness statements from previous potential buyers, but cannot do anything about it. It's incomprehensible that realtors can get away with such things and I am left with a cost item of approximately €15,000,-.

Certainly a realtor we can recommend. We were treated nicely and they helped us quickly. When we came by in the morning, they already had time that afternoon to view our house! Only experience with Mr. Flach. This real estate agent could well attend a customer friendliness course. Disparaging about the residents of Hillegersberg. Very silly because that way you don't make friends. He also dropped 5 times that he is the expert and therefore knows everything better and that you should really listen to him very well. He also said that 650k had already been offered. Also not according to the rules. Maybe also apply for an internship with Eric Vogelenzang. That was our last stop today. Eric made the day good again.
