Sander is vriendelijk, ter zake kundig en zeer prettig in de omgang. Hij staat niet voor niets als "Super Puper" in telefoons van vele (ex-)Rotterdammers :)

Ook als koper ben ik ontzettend goed geholpen door Sander en zijn collega's. Alleen maar lof!

Het is heel waardevol om voor een makelaar te kiezen die jaren lange kennis en ervaring heeft opgebouwd. Een marktconforme prijs kwam snel tot stand en de bezichtigingen vonden binnen korte tijd plaats. De communicatie met Stad en Land was uiterst prettig. Je hebt contact met 1 makelaar, bezichtigingen worden van tevoren netjes afgestemd en de makelaar was altijd op tijd en gaf een terugkoppeling van het bezoek. Kan niet beter!

Wederom een zorgeloze ervaring. Richard is duidelijk, eerlijk en recht door zee, hij denkt mee, zet een stapje harder, houd je uit de wind, altijd bereikbaar én communiceert! De dames van zijn backoffice zijn uiterst behulpzaam, adequaat en verbazend op de hoogte van alle details rondom de verkoop. Zoals altijd weer prima geholpen door stad en land, denken met je mee, staan open voor overleg en handelen netjes af.

Deze makelaar is erg kundig bij het eerste bezoek zag hij direct wat de woning waard was. Na enkele dagen had hij de eerste kandidaten, en na een paar dagen werd er overboden en is toen verkocht.

You have inaccurate coffee in every industry, also in real estate; cheating and twisting things are all part of selling and making money 🤫. I have had good experiences with Stad & Land Makelaars. I chose them because of their market knowledge and brand recognition. There was an immediate connection! The communication was open and honest. No beautiful promises, no frills but straight to the point. Changes in appointments were neatly passed on by colleagues. Feedback regarding viewings were properly called. I was always greeted kindly on the phone. In short, a great collaboration that resulted in a quick sale of our home.

Absoluut niet aan te raden. Eerste ervaring tijdens het zoeken naar een appartement: de makelaar kwam te laat, nam me mee naar een ander appartement dan ik had gevraagd en probeerde me een maand bemiddelingskosten in rekening te brengen, wat tegen de NVM-voorwaarden ingaat. Tweede ervaring: ik huurde uiteindelijk een appartement van een vriend van een vriend, maar zij regelen de verkoop van precies hetzelfde appartement. Tegen onze afspraken in, kwamen ze mijn eigen appartement binnen zonder dat ik er binnen was, en plaagden me vervolgens door te zeggen dat ze met de sleutels op elk moment binnen konden zonder dat ik het wist. Hun gedrag is in strijd gebleken met elk gezond verstand en respect; ze geven absoluut meer om geld dan om mensen.
