real estate agent with unethical practices. We made an offer on a house that this broker offered. After this bid was verbally accepted, we waited 3.5 weeks for the draft purchase agreement. And after the 3.5 weeks, we received an email at half past AM that there was suddenly a new buyer who had bid higher than us. Very disappointing that you can work like this
