My friend and I recently bought a house in Rotterdam thanks to the great service of Mrs. Jozanne (Jozz) from Steenhuisen Real Estate Agency. We viewed the house on Friday and knew that we had to make an offer the following week. I immediately contacted Jozz and received a quick response. Jozz explained the process (in Dutch, English and Papiaments) and pointed us in the right direction. Jozz's quick action helped us expedite the necessary resources to complete the transaction in our favor. Jozz recommended Guler Finance, a financial advisor who was also great at explaining everything and took the time for it. During the signing at the bank we encountered a setback regarding the work-related contract, but despite this, everything was handled smoothly by both parties.
