We secured our new home through TW3. During this search, we received good assistance from Jeffrey. Jeffrey is a pleasant and professional contact person within TW3. Definitely recommended!

Probably a decent supervisor for the developer. As a buyer, you don't get much out of it. Nothing is possible and you are very rarely kept informed. And when this does happen, it's often 50% an excuse as to why something can’t be done or has been postponed. TW3 certainly doesn't advocate for the buyers, but ships them off with copy/paste texts to take work out of the developer's hands.

An excellent explanation of what we can all expect. Friendly staff. Little pressure so you can make the right decision yourself. The only drawback is parking your car. Everything is full. There should be a designated parking area for visitors. Otherwise, nothing but praise for the way the employees of TW 3 real estate agency handle things.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had building a house through a project where TW3 was technical advisor. Impossible to get hold of them, to get answers, consultants leave, difficult communication, but even worse: they missed or made mistakes in the drawings and options for which we had to pay.

They went to a lot of trouble to meet my wishes. Contact was accessible!

I had a viewing for an apartment and was asked to fill out and send a form with my details within 24 hours. I did that, but I didn't hear anything from them after 2 months when I contacted them. It was also strange that the real estate agency didn't know the landlord's most important rental requirements during the viewing.

Pleasant collaboration with the buyer's guidance for my new-build home. The department thinks along well and there is a good translation of the wishes. During the process, I experienced miscommunication that was adequately and quickly resolved after it was discussed.

I responded to a property via Funda and received a confirmation email. However, the real estate agent TW3 stated that they did not receive my response to this property. And they also didn't want to schedule a viewing appointment with me by phone, while the property was only advertised on Funda this morning.

TW3 would have better been called TW0. Because unfortunately the Added Value in our construction project was 0. Presented as a buyer's guide between buyer and contractor, there was absolutely no guidance whatsoever. No usable feedback on any question you asked. Desired revisions to drawings were insufficiently passed on to the contractor. Repeatedly, incorrect contractors were named in 'copy paste' messages, etc. In conclusion: the TW3 contact person we had was passive, uninterested and moreover sloppy. A pity for the contractor who hired TW3.

Has no added value whatsoever, rather a disruptive intermediary who does not pass on the correct information to and from the contractor and, among other things, therefore constitutes a troublesome obstacle between buyer and contractor.

3 times to call, not called back yet. Never mind.....

My girlfriend and I had a very good experience with our real estate agent from TW3. Constructive input is provided throughout the process, from viewing to signing the contract, and we were well informed about developments. 5/5!
