My house in Vlaardingen was sold within 2 weeks thanks to your real estate agent! From the first contact until the handover of keys everything went professionally and smoothly. The team communicates clearly, acts quickly and knows exactly how to optimally put a house on the market. Definitely a recommendation for everyone who wants to sell their home!
I have contacted your real estate agent and was able to quickly schedule a viewing for a studio apartment. I have been renting through this real estate agency for 6 months now and am super satisfied with the fast and professional service!
Why was the lease cancelled? When you are on vacation in your family country. You work every day and your agent says that you play music at 5:00 o'clock. When someone steals your expensive bike outside your door in the rental building. (LOCKED). (YOU LIVED WITHOUT PROBLEMS WITH TWO NEIGHBORS). When he cancelled and you received a fine from the government for your apartment without reason - € 700. According to the law after two weeks (18 October 2025). Unprofessional, poor communication, irresponsible. They only invite international tenants for viewings because they are aware that they violate many rules. They offer 12-month contracts to long-term tenants, which has not been legal in the Netherlands since 2024. International tenants, be careful!

Apparently they are still paying us € 200 for the cleaning. When we rented the house, it was in very bad condition (hair everywhere, dirty walls, a broken window...). We have photos of everything. They said they would give the money back, but they don't even send us a reply. They are ripping us off and there is nothing we can do about it because we are young and come from abroad. Do you want advice? Rent or buy nothing from these people. And please stop removing reviews that you don't like.

The best real estate agent in Rotterdam
I rented a studio at Beukelsweg 26a. After a few months, water started leaking from the windows due to the rain, and it also leaked in the kitchen when someone was showering upstairs. A man from Your real estate agent, named Erdem, simply ignored all the problems. In October, I saw that the heating wasn't working either. Now that I have moved out, they don't want to return my deposit. I advise against ever renting this or another house from this real estate agent. Of course, I didn't show up, because I never want to meet you again. You ignored me while there were so many problems in the house. Have the final inspection done without me.
If you give a deposit, you will never get it back. Do not trust this place.

We have been working for over a year to sell my father-in-law's apartment with this realtor. In the middle of the housing market craziness, it just couldn't happen with the sale while the neighbors sold their home within 3 weeks. This led us to suspicion and we chose another realtor. Voila: house sold within 4 weeks. Note: we also had to pay for the bad photos that the realtor had taken.
This company is a joke. I had no heating or hot water and they didn't resolve the issue. Do yourself a favor and hire a better company.
