Unprofessional, poor communication, irresponsible. They only invite international tenants for viewings because they are aware that they violate many rules. They offer 12-month contracts to long-term tenants, which has not been legal in the Netherlands since 2024. International tenants, be careful!

Ze zijn ons blijkbaar nog steeds €200 schuldig voor schoonmaak. Toen we het huis huurden, was het in een erbarmelijke staat (overal haar, vieze muren, een kapot raam…). We hebben er foto's van. Ze zeiden dat ze het geld zouden terugbetalen, maar ze reageren niet eens meer op ons berichtjes. Ze lichten ons op en we kunnen er niets tegen doen omdat we jong zijn en uit een buitenland komen. Een advies? Huur of koop niets van deze mensen. En stop alsjeblieft met het verwijderen van recensies die je niet bevallen.

I rented a studio at Beukelsweg 26a. After a few months, water started leaking from the windows due to the rain, and it also leaked in the kitchen when someone was showering upstairs. A man from Your real estate agent, named Erdem, simply ignored all the problems. In October, I saw that the heating wasn't working either. Now that I have moved out, they don't want to return my deposit. I advise against ever renting this or another house from this real estate agent. Of course, I didn't show up, because I never want to meet you again. You ignored me while there were so many problems in the house. Have the final inspection done without me.

If you give a deposit, you will never get it back. Do not trust this place.

I can't relate to Cindy's story, honestly. We've been working with the same realtor for years. He has always been very involved and expert. Always comes up with the right solution and/or advice. I suspect it was a franchisee who is no longer a franchisee. @Cindy it would be helpful if you contact Mr. Erdem.

Most worthless and unreliable real estate agent within Rotterdam. My partner signed a contract with them, and they have not fulfilled anything stated in it. Promises are not kept, and then you hear nothing more from this realtor. Not recommended because it's a waste of time and money you put into it. Furthermore, they charge an administrative 'service' fee of €350 for a service they cannot provide.
