This landlord absolutely doesn't want to make any effort for the tenants. If a property is falling apart and you ask if something can be done about it, you get a resounding ''no'' as an answer, without explanation. It also takes a long time to get a response, but when it comes to increasing rents, they are there first! I think they're fine as long as the roof is still standing... They probably don't even know what the properties they rent out look like / are like. Unbelievable!

Very bad real estate agency. Does not fulfill promises. Unfriendly to customers, lies, incompetent. Experienced this multiple times. They set a low appraisal value for your home. Do not provide forms. In one case, my final bid had to be known in advance and if the seller agreed, a viewing would take place. No, this was not about a million-dollar property but about a simple apartment. Lie about the background of the property etc. Show your house where a sales process is already underway. Absolutely no transparency. Do not act on their advice session from their affiliated mortgage advisor. They pass your data on to Van Herk.

Not satisfied with this broker regarding how she treats potential tenants. Agreements were not kept before. Subsequently called four times to leave a callback request. Several weeks have passed but still no response received. Professionalism is lacking.
