On Monday morning, an appointment was made to view a caravan with a permanent spot at the end of Tuesday. A request was also made to reserve the caravan, and confirmation was received on Monday evening that the caravan had been reserved. On Tuesday morning, I received an SMS stating that the caravan had nevertheless been sold. Unfortunately, appointments are not kept. Therefore, please take your expectations into account when making appointments. There is unfortunately a chance that they will not be kept. Update: I have now received a response to my Google review stating that no caravans are being sold and that they do not recognize me. Made an appointment this afternoon for a viewing of an apartment, at least I thought so.. We were present 10 minutes before the agreed time, neatly waited until the agreed time. In the stairwell we already encountered six people walking down. Upon entering, it turned out that several people had been invited at the same time, quite rude, one would expect at least 5 minutes of exclusive conversation with the sales agent if I make an appointment for that, after all, I'm not 'fun shopping'. Ridiculous in these special times to organize such superspreader events, it was busier than during an NVM open day! Keeping distance was impossible in small spaces with too many people. Our 'viewing' was of short duration since we consider the health of ourselves, our parents and fellow human beings more important than an apartment.

For the sale of my house in R'dam-Centrum, I invited 2 real estate agents, including Van Kleef. Received a neat offer from both agents, however: Van Kleef's estimated sales value was 50k(!) lower than the other agent. Ultimately went with the other agent and recently sold the house for 8k above the asking price. I almost missed out on nearly 60k. That certainly makes me question things...
