I sold my house through vandeVijver real estate in 2017 and recently in 2025. Both times with Joe as the selling agent. Always helpful, good strategy and quickly sold. I am a loyal customer and very satisfied.

Toppers! I had been recommended Joe as a purchasing agent. Result: within a few weeks my beautiful little house was found. Thanks to their network and quick action as the first to view a house (it wasn't even listed on Funda at the time) and being able to make the right offer. Even now (after 1.5 years), I can always call them for a second opinion if there are questions. Moreover, they also thought along with my personal situation surrounding my business, mortgage, personal lifestyle and investments. I can recommend them to everyone.

This realtor is quite sloppy and doesn't communicate well. This is both my opinion (as owner and seller) as well as that of the buyer of my apartment. The tenants who were still living in the apartment at the time were also poorly informed. During the final inspection, the realtor didn't have the keys; he only realized this the night before. It was just badly arranged and he tried to put the responsibility on me afterwards. A realtor should simply arrange things properly. Not so sloppy. Overall, not a realtor I would highly recommend.

I was looking for a property viewing on the Gravin Adélastraat, and apparently that neighborhood is erpacht. I saw one house published by this realtor, and called them before going to the viewing to double-check. Are you sure this house isn't erpacht? They said yes, it’s not. Now I went to the property viewing and they told me: oh sorry, we made a mistake, it is erpacht. This is really crazy, stealing people’s valuable time.

Unreliable, same experience as “Ward Groen”. During the purchase, this realtor stated that the lead pipes would not be used and would already have been removed. However, this turned out to be untrue. Neighbors above wouldn't be heard…. This also turned out to be untrue, resulting in enormous cracks in my ceiling. In short, sells untruths.

1.5 years ago, we prepared our house in Blijdorp together with Joe for sale, until we suddenly were able to sell our house to friends and therefore didn't have to go on the market. Joe could quickly adapt and helped with the new sales process with adjustments to the sales contract, was always available and thought along with us. We also had pleasant contact with his colleagues! Van der Vijver real estate works together with good photographers, the photos of our house turned out incredibly beautiful. Happy with this experience :-).

We bought an apartment in Rotterdam at the end of last year. We are happy with the apartment, but we did have to dig deep at the time to place a high bid for the apartment because, according to the vandeVijver realtor, it would only be a formality to add a roof terrace. They indicated that the previous residents had reached a personal agreement with the rest of the VvE, but ultimately didn't carry out the plan. Since a nice outdoor space was a hard requirement for us, we decided to go all in on this apartment. After the purchase, it turned out that the sales pitch was just an old wives' tale. The previous residents did indeed submit an application to the VvE, but this appears to have been rejected. Quite annoying to find out when we submitted our application for the roof terrace. You can imagine that we feel somewhat misled. So not a pleasant experience.
