No reputable party. Does not respond for months to repair requests and leaks. Immediately threatens with difficult legal proceedings when pointed out their responsibility when you do manage to reach them. The municipality is too busy to properly monitor them.
I've been waiting for a month for him to respond to my messages, he left the house we rented under deplorable conditions and he says it’s our responsibility to repair it. REGRETTABLE TREATMENT
My experience starts badly with the first phone call. Some grumpy woman answers: “yes hello?” Me: “good afternoon, am I speaking to Vliegenthart real estate agency?”. Mrs.: “I’m on vacation, if you don't mind I'll hang up.” in a very grumpy tone. If you don’t want to answer, what’s the point of taking your phone with you on vacation? Very rude.
Unprofessional, they refuse to provide good housing to people under 20!
