For the sale of our house, we have once again partnered with this real estate agent, specifically Arnoud Adriaanse. We are particularly drawn to the personal approach of the entire team. Mr. Adriaanse sold a property in 2019 with many defects, of which this broker was aware and there were written email exchanges with previous interested parties who backed out of the purchase due to these defects. Nevertheless, the broker concealed that things were going on, which still leads to a very unpleasant case with the seller, fortunately with written evidence. This broker is failing in his profession and I would never do business with this broker again. Additionally unprofessional by not fulfilling the appointment directly after the sale to remove the for-sale sign, while it was hung in a place that wasn't easy to take down (3 meters high). This was the 3rd house I have ever bought and I have never experienced such a bitter aftertaste where the broker can be blamed for not acting in good faith.

Called for a viewing appointment with the office. We were supposed to be called back for the appointment but they haven't heard anything more. It’s a shame that the shortage in the housing market apparently makes it too difficult for a real estate agent to show basic decency by returning a call.
