Apartment viewed. My offer made and accepted. A week waited for a response, but they said that they could not sell the house because they realized that they could not sell it before 2026. Compensation offered by offering an earlier viewing of another apartment. Again, their side canceled the viewing and another random date offered. Much success for everyone who wants to buy something through this company.

Bad realtor, promised big promises. Very detrimental.

Very disappointing experience. I was called by the real estate agent with the enthusiasm that I could view the house and then received multiple emails as a reminder to arrive on time. However, when I was there, nobody was present. Later I heard that the house had already been sold before the appointment. This was supposedly passed on via voicemail, but I never received it. Very messy communication and disappointing that I didn't even get the chance to make an offer.

Wilbert, Sylvester and the rest of the team helped us very well with the purchase of our first home. They gave excellent advice and remained patient. Occasionally we had to wait a little longer for an answer, but I can imagine they are very busy – not surprising when you're a good real estate agent! Thanks to them, we can now enjoy our beautiful new home.

Personally, I found the service from my buyer's agent, Woonvisie, disappointing; they regularly didn’t accompany me to viewings (or had themselves replaced by someone else). The broker from the agency, who was assigned to me, was almost always busy, with others and not at my houses. Perhaps he didn’t feel like dealing with me (too low price category?) and dared not say so and just postponed it every time? When looking at the house that I eventually bought, I went alone the first time. On a second viewing, yet another person accompanied me. It's a nice house, but only afterwards do you notice that the broker hadn’t looked at a number of essential things (such as the water heater - poor maintenance - and electricity - no residual current device). And there are some other smaller issues, which I had hoped the broker would have pointed out to me and where I thought the broker would bring in his expertise. Looking back, I think I could just as well have done it myself; I would have saved on brokerage fees. I am very happy that I got the property and you can certainly guess it at the transfer there is someone else from Woonvisie again, the broker has no input there either, so he might as well stay away.

They sold my house within a week for a good price. Furthermore, the communication was good and I was kept informed about everything. Overall, therefore very satisfied.

We've been looking for a home as first-time buyers for more than half a year. Representative from Woonvisie visited regarding the property. They said they would send an email with the assessed value. Heard nothing more. A while later, a colleague called, saying there had been an error in the email address and the email would still be sent. Again, heard nothing more. This means I have no confidence in Woonvisie.
