Communication wasn't very smooth, requiring us to frequently ask for information ourselves (for example, regarding the expiry of the cooling-off period) and to be vigilant about issues that didn't add up (e.g., errors in sales texts, clauses that were not included in the preliminary purchase agreement after request).
