I sold my house through Woonzicht but must say that I am not satisfied with all the communication. Also, the effort they take to place good text and beautiful photos is poor. I understand these things better than those girls at the office. Brokerage fees far too high, you are much cheaper off with professional Dutch real estate agents!! Also note that the brokerage fee is EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

We had a viewing in Papendrecht last summer. We had an appointment for a viewing at 4:45 PM, we were 5 minutes early and there were still people walking into the house. That can happen. But to our surprise, at the same time as us, people were also walking towards the front door to ring the bell. Another viewing. It turned out that every 5 minutes a viewing was scheduled. It felt chaotic to us but also as if the price was being driven up even further and use was made of the pressure to be able to buy a house. The real estate agent who showed us around was very nice and charming, told jokes. We submitted an offer before the deadline and heard nothing for over two weeks, so we called ourselves because in the meantime we also had other properties in view. You got a half story while the telephone operator was flirting with someone next to her that the sellers were finding it very difficult to make a choice. A week later, the house suddenly appeared as sold subject to conditions and we received a standard typed email stating that we hadn't been selected. Very vague experience. He will undoubtedly be a nice real estate agent if you want to sell your house and keep a significant amount of money.

Very disappointing experience! I had an appointment for a house viewing, but this went anything but smoothly. Upon arrival, the door wasn't opened on time because there were still other people inside. It seemed as if the viewings were planned tightly one after another, without taking into account the schedule. This gave a unprofessional and chaotic impression. In addition, I submitted a bid via Move.nl and after making a final offer, with a deadline of Monday at 12:00, I received absolutely no response. We have now been two weeks further, and to my astonishment I see today that the house has been sold subject to conditions. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards interested parties. I definitely do not recommend this.

Just had the absolute worst viewing ever. Upon arrival at the property, it turned out to be a group viewing (yes, even during the coronavirus crisis). The real estate agent (if he could even be called that, because he didn't seem to have any sense) arrived much too late and drove far too hard and unsociably. No precautions were taken regarding disinfection; the agent himself wasn’t wearing a face mask. The ''agent'' was extremely unprofessional towards potential buyers. He couldn't answer simple questions about the property. He rudely stated that the questionnaire should just be read. He also didn't have any documentation of the property. He even told a potential buyer that the sellers had previously had another real estate agent, but that this one wouldn’t put the house for sale at the price they wanted to sell it for. In addition, he indicated that you won’t get anywhere by bidding below the asking price, while he knew absolutely nothing about the house! Furthermore, it is extremely unprofessional to say such things. If you come across as unprofessional as this, I worry about what will happen when a purchase agreement is eventually drawn up. To what extent is all of that true. If the property is even sold with an agent like that...

This cowboy is neither an agent nor trustworthy, unfortunately. We are dissatisfied because: During a viewing, the 'agent' stated that the house was 3 years old, while it was actually 20 years old. I asked him if that was correct and he repeated it. In other words: the 'agent' presented a house of 3 years old which is 20 years old. He persisted in this during the viewing. That in itself was already an absurd situation. Furthermore, the agent knew nothing about the house without exaggerating. What was even more annoying was that we submitted a bid. At that point, the agent made a counter-offer on behalf of his client. We were then in negotiation and had submitted a final offer. The agent did not respond to this for 4 days: no confirmation or phone call. We then called to ask what the status was: we would be called back that same day. However, again there was no contact and we were ignored. Then, 4 days later, I called again and the agent stated that the house had been sold to another party, while we were clearly still in negotiation. The offer was not rejected but was 'kept' and apparently other bids were considered and discussed in the meantime. Don’t make the mistake of doing business with this cowboy! It can’t get any worse.

Terrible scratch company. Completely unreachable. The only thing on their media feed is houses they acquire and nothing else. No customer service or anything similar.

The worst fraud company ever. They tell you that nobody is interested in your house to get it for a very low price for people they know. It's a huge scam and I am going to inquire with the authorities about what I can do to prevent them from using these kinds of tricks, causing people to waste money and time.
