We are very satisfied with the communication and the entire process at Inter Immo. We were chosen for a nice apartment. Floris was very helpful! The only downside is that it wasn't clean when handed over. After a few weeks, a cleaning company will be sent and some damaged parts will be replaced. Otherwise, we are very happy :)
We have signed the contract with Inter Immo. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend them, but I must be honest. Positively: - We found a super nice apartment for a good price, considering the current market. - The viewing went smoothly and without problems. - We were selected. - Floris was friendly and helpful. Negatively: - The apartment was very dirty when we moved in. We had to clean for hours after receiving the keys. I asked if we would get compensation if we hired a cleaner, but the answer was that it probably wouldn't be the case. - The shower drain was clogged, but that was resolved after 15 days. - It took 10 days after the move before we received the signed contract.
I am very satisfied with Inter Immo. Super good help and nice communication! Friendly staff. Definitely a recommendation!

After many years of good service in the area of renting out our house, Inter Immo (Martin van Plateringen) has also achieved a very good result in the sale of our house.
Excellently supported by Martin and the team from Inter Immo during our purchase.
We should have listened to the people who said we didn't need a real estate agent. We are out 7000 euros and feel scammed. We worked with Martin. We had a good impression during our initial meeting. He said he would go along to all or 90% of the viewings with us (and if he couldn't be there for a viewing, he would go himself to check it out if we wanted to make an offer), that he would give us tailored advice based on the local market (not general advice like 'offer X amount more'), that we would get first access to new properties and that he would in principle guide us through every step. This was exactly what we wanted if we were to hire a real estate agent, so we signed a contract with him. My husband got e-mails with properties (for some reason I was never registered for those e-mails), but none of the properties really fit what we were looking for or the neighborhoods where we were most interested. All the properties that we eventually viewed, we found via Funda and we asked Martin to arrange a viewing. Martin did go along with most of the viewings, but not with the two viewings in Houten, an area where we had shown interest during our first appointment and where Martin had said he could help us. We almost missed the deadline for making an offer on a house, because he *thought* he had already told us the deadline after another viewing; we had explicitly asked him earlier if there was a deadline for making an offer and he said no. This house wasn't one of the houses that he had viewed with us. We decided to make an offer and he did NOT go there himself. When it came time for the offer, we made a bid amount and he gave us the general advice: 'Offer more if you really want it'. We said that was the maximum amount we could pay for this house and he said: 'Okay, let's see what happens'. When we won the bid, he did arrange the inspection for us, but he was NOT present. He was on vacation that week, something he hadn't mentioned when we discussed our purchase plan during the first appointment. We would have liked to know that in advance. He had arranged for someone else from his office to be present, but that person got sick, so a replacement for the replacement was sent. When our notary appointment came closer, he did contact us again, but when my husband asked if there were any action items left, Martin said no. When we asked about the payment methods for the remaining amount during the appointment, he said that had to be settled before the appointment. Well, that's quite an important action item! There were also documents to be submitted. We found out about this by translating the notary's e-mails and reading them, and checking the details with our mortgage advisor. About a week before our appointment he let us know that he wouldn't be available and would send a colleague (again someone from the office – not even the one who had already stepped in!). We bought the house in October and the transfer took place in February, so you would think he had blocked that date well in advance in his calendar. So we paid a huge amount to a real estate agent who literally NEVER SAW THE HOUSE WE BOUGHT and who didn't fulfill any of the promises from our first appointment. Honestly, we got much faster responses, better advice and more personal attention from our mortgage advisor at ING than from Inter Immo. We were only able to buy a house in the end thanks to our own perseverance, market research and obsessively checking Funda. Martin did arrange the viewings we visited, went with us to 3-4 viewings, arranged the paperwork for the house purchase, arranged the inspection and gave useful feedback when we were really under pressure with questions and during viewings where he was present. That's why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But when it actually came down to us becoming buyers, we felt really left in the lurch. We didn't even get a phone call or SMS congratulations after the transfer appointment, where he apparently couldn't even be present. We got a bottle of champagne from the seller's agent and absolutely nothing from our own agent.

Don't pay for their subscription. The number of reactions they display are incorrect. If a property has already been on the site before, the reactions count continues. So a newly posted property will immediately start counting from the number of reactions it had the last time it was there. It doesn't save anywhere, so these statistics are worthless.

It is true that reactions from previous listings are sometimes still visible. The reason why reactions are not directly 'cleaned up' for exactly the same addresses has to do with a technical implication in our current database structure. At the first implementation of this feature, we therefore did not immediately choose a different display. However, we fully understand that this makes the statistics less valuable for you. Our technical team is therefore currently working hard on a solution to make the counts per listing unique. We expect this update to be rolled out in the short term. Regarding your comment about the subscription: we base the value of our service not only on this specific functionality. Although we understand that this is an important point, the other benefits (such as direct notifications about new homes within your search) are precisely designed to give you a big advantage in your housing search. It was very nice to work together with InterIMMO. Thanks to their support, we were able to buy a house in a turbulent and difficult market. Naomi helped us well and was very friendly. Even though the situation was sometimes challenging (e.g., with offers to difficult sellers).
Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a 0, but let me state this clearly. If you are looking for a website that helps you find accommodation, I recommend you choose any other website except Pararius. I once bought a subscription for just one month and canceled it at the end of the month, but somehow those scammers made me pay a kind of debt for the period in July at the end of the year (in December). I did not receive any notification for almost half a year that I had an outstanding amount to pay, which meant I not only paid for the subscription but also a fine (which was actually higher than the subscription itself). In short, if you are looking for a tool to make your life easier (when it comes to finding a place to stay) - DO NOT CHOOSE PARARIUS - their main goal is to SCAM YOU!

They had initiative, were very responsive & really helped us push things to completion expeditiously. We can't recommend them enough! Albert Cuypstraat 189H in Amsterdam was for sale and we made an offer. From the start, there was a highly unprofessional way of doing business. Two viewing requests via Funda remained unanswered, so I had to call myself to even get an appointment. However, the way my offer is being handled, without clear justification, without transparency and with contradictory information, is simply unacceptable. I am beginning to seriously wonder whether the owner of the property is aware of this and if there is favoritism towards another party.

Omdat het hier een winkelpand betreft en u aangaf er een dönerzaak (afhaal/restaurant) te willen vestigen, moesten deze punten zorgvuldig worden uitgezocht. De vorige huurders hadden dezelfde plannen en hebben hiervoor destijds geen toestemming gekregen van de VvE en voor de benodigde vergunningen. Dit was ook de reden dat de eigenaar ons heeft ingeschakeld om een nieuwe huurder of koper te vinden. Als makelaar is het onze verantwoordelijkheid om potentiële kopers correct te informeren en te voorkomen dat iemand een pand aankoopt waarvoor achteraf geen toestemming wordt verleend. In dit geval heeft de VvE helaas geen akkoord gegeven voor de door u gewenste exploitatie. Er is geen sprake geweest van het sturen richting een andere gegadigde; wij zijn juist op zoek naar een passende match voor het pand. In dit geval bleek dat helaas niet mogelijk. Wij wensen u alsnog veel succes met het vinden van een geschikte locatie voor uw onderneming.

To my surprise, she was completely unaware of essential information about the property, its designation, the VvE rules and possibilities for a mixed formula. On almost every question we received evasive answers or simply 'yes' without any substantive justification. In the end, after making our offer, we were told that the VvE would not grant permission for a take-away restaurant. When I asked on what basis this rejection was based, and whether I could contact the VvE myself for clarification, this was denied without any explanation. This raises serious questions for me. Transparency is completely lacking, and it strongly gives the impression that they are deliberately steering towards another interested party. The way this company is handling my offer, without clear justification, without openness and with contradictory information, is simply unacceptable. This kind of practices severely damages trust in the real estate market. Shame!

Pararius could be better named “Only for Students”. The platform is completely meaningless for regular housing seekers. Day in and day out, only houses with the note 'only for students' are put online. Even with a paid Pararius Plus account, you get no fair chance and not a bit of transparency. The only time I got a viewing was for a house that literally was about to collapse. This platform gives the impression of arbitrariness and unequal treatment. Absolutely disappointing and certainly not a recommendation for anyone seriously looking for a decent home.

Don't tell anything at all. It costs a lot and then you get the worst service in the Netherlands. My partner and I had responded to a house and we would hear something within 2 days. We are not emailed or called, so we call and email ourselves. Nothing is clear and no one can help us. Then a week later, we see that it's been rented out. So there you have it, that premium bullshit.
Hi Julian, that's unfortunate to hear. The rental market in the Netherlands is currently very oversubscribed. Real estate agents are overwhelmed with responses from interested parties, which makes it increasingly likely that people who respond do not receive a response from the real estate agent. That is not unwillingness but more of an inability to provide everyone with a suitable response. We also find that very annoying and are trying to provide real estate agents who advertise on our platform with the necessary means, such as for example Leadflow.rent, which makes responding to the many requests easier. I hope this insight helps you understand the situation that the market is currently facing. Our advice is to set up a good standard response via your rental profile and to respond immediately after receiving a match via the one click apply button. Much success in this complicated market.

Very bad service. The broker doesn't answer her phone, isn't on time, or cancels appointments. She does not protect the interests of her client and asks too high prices. Absolutely never work with them again!

Really a strange realtor. I was on a viewing last week and the lady knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I wouldn't sell your house like that. Me: Are there problems with the foundation? Her: no idea, I have to look it up. Me: Year of construction of the central heating system? Her: No idea. Me: How many members are in the Owners’ Association? Her: No idea. This isn't a good representation for the seller. But also a useless viewing for a buyer, since I didn't get a good feeling from it.
I gave two stars because I want to be nice. Where do we start? *1 euro and then 29 to pay. Know that if you do this with the thought that you will cancel before the end of the month, you're completely wrong. They charge you 29 at the end of the month anyway, even if you cancel your subscription earlier. *You find a house on the website, you call and they say it's already booked, and then there's another house that's three times as expensive. I'm stopping here, I don't feel like writing anymore. Too nervous. Thieves.
They return the deposit months after the end of the rental agreement. Be careful
We rented our house through this agency but what mistakes they made. The rental agreement was full of errors, the rent was sent to an incorrect account number, photos of the house were supposed to be sent but never received, but the most important thing was the temporary termination of the agreement. That also went wrong despite us having agreed on it beforehand. I really do not recommend this agency to anyone.
The website is nothing more than a bulletin board for real estate agents. You pay 19 euros per month for Pararius (why? Just for an e-mail newsletter!) and then you pay each real estate office separately if you want to request a viewing. Requesting via Pararius is fictitious. There are even property advertisements that have long been full of viewings, old advertisements thus. Just a lure for real estate agents.

Pararius gives Plus members insight into the number of replies on homes, so that you exactly know how big the chance is that you find a certain home. Also offers Pararius an overview page that gives you insight into the status of homes you have replied to. The purchase of this extra service is a free choice and not an obligation. Engaged and act appropriately
We rented for six years through InterImmo and eventually bought a house through them. Given the market, the overbidding and the scarcity of homes - I don't know how we would ever buy a house without them. Everything went so smoothly and in the end we got a much better location than we had ever hoped for. Sincere thanks to Paulina, Gianni and Mandy - their help we will not forget!!!

We had planned a viewing for an apartment in Amsterdam. It was pure time-wasting. The floor plan they had placed did not match the reality and the measurement report. There was a small garden on the floor plan that wasn't yours. When we confronted the agent with this, he said that it should have been written off by Funda and the moving account. At home, the garden was still listed on Funda and the moving account. We felt that we had been deceived under false pretenses. We think you can simply be transparent and that is certainly not fair to the owner, because it was a wonderful apartment, aside from the problem with the garden that wasn't yours. We wouldn't have planned the viewing if we had known in advance that the small garden didn't belong to the property.
Op 22 oktober mocht ik u welkom heten in een mooi appartement in het Centrum van Amsterdam. Tijdens deze bezichtiging kwam de tuin van de buurman ter sprake, zoals bij elke bezichtiging die wordt uitgevoerd in deze woning, aangezien de tuin een bijzondere positie heeft tov deze woning. Onze fotograaf en deskundige die de Nen-2580 rapporten opstelt vergiste zich in eerste instantie ook tijdens de opname van de woning, maar dit is snel gecorrigeerd in de documentatie. Wij hebben de juiste documenten op 13 juni in het Move dossier klaargezet waar u toegang tot had/heeft. Echter heb ik wel 1 fout gemaakt, waar u mij terecht op heeft gewezen. Ik ben vergeten om de plattegrond in de Funda advertentie te wijzigen. Hierdoor is er een onduidelijke situatie ontstaan waar ik mijn excuses voor aanbied. Maar dit is een fout en geen bewuste actie om u onder valse voorwendselen een afspraak in te laten plannen of elkaars tijd te verdoen. Wij staan ervoor om de woningen op een correcte manier te presenteren, zodat kandidaat kopers aangenaam verrast zijn tijdens bezichtigingen. Het is jammer dat de woning met het dakterras en binnentuin die wel onderdeel van de woning zijn niet naar wens was.

Our family was looking for temporary accommodation for five months during the renovation of our newly purchased home. Sounds simple, right? Well, not with InterImmo. I thought I would just sign a rental agreement and pay the rent in one go and that would be it, but apparently I was unintentionally auditioning for a role in a Kafkaesque play. Read and shudder... 1️⃣ Advance payment of five months' rent? No sir, first we need to do an income check and annual accounts from the last three years of my company. Completely logical, of course, because someone who wants to pay the full rent in one go is suspicious. 2️⃣ All data neatly provided to InterImmo via my assistant. But then Floris called her; the Sherlock Holmes of real estate. He sensed something. A bad feeling. About my annual accounts. About my salary. Maybe also about my zodiac sign. Sagittarius? Sorry sir, we only do business with Pisces and Taurus. Conclusion: rejection based on a gut feeling. 3️⃣ Holiday stress! Calling from South Africa for an explanation, because why on earth do we have to go through this bureaucratic obstacle course? Oh wait – of course, bureaucracy is after all a way of life at InterImmo. The only thing that runs smoothly is their ability to be difficult. 4️⃣ Making appointments for the keys? Forget it. You just adjust and come mid-day at a time they want. Customer service with the elegance of a bailiff with a bad mood. 5️⃣ Tenants? They are treated like pesky flies in the room. Misinformation, communication by decree and a landlord who is led to believe by InterImmo that he can deduct everything that feels right from the deposit. Legal basis? Oh wait, InterImmo operates on 'I feel it that way'. 📢 Conclusion: InterImmo is unnecessarily complicated, customer-unfriendly and with the empathy of a speed bump. I am grateful for my own home – but for those who really depend on this circus act? My sincere condolences.

Do not rent via Top Select Visit or Top Select Housing! I live in Amsterdam and my mother (who lives in the US) and I had a terrible experience with this company. My mother had signed a short-term lease agreement starting in September 2020. However, due to the travel ban between the US and Europe related to COVID-19, she could not travel. In July 2020, she contacted the company to inquire about their cancellation policy and whether she would get her deposit (2500 euros) back if the travel ban was not lifted. It took almost a month for the company to respond that she would not get her deposit back because she had cancelled less than 60 days in advance, but that she could use the deposit for another rental property in the future. The possibility of using the deposit for another apartment in 2021 is also mentioned in the email. (Although I knew that this was happening, I did not know the name of the company and also knew nothing about the apartment she had rented.) Now that travel between the US and Europe is again allowed, my mother has planned a new trip. I looked for an apartment for her and found one that happened to be managed by this company. When they sent us the lease contract draft, I forwarded it to my mother for review. At that moment she realized not only was the company the same, but also the same apartment. I contacted the company and told them about this development. I said that we wanted to use the deposit for this new lease agreement. THEY SAID THAT THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE. The reasons they gave us for not allowing us to use the deposit were: 1) They believed that we had manipulated the situation to be able to rent the same apartment again. (We had not done that.) 2) When it became clear that the company would not return the deposit in 2020, despite the travel ban which my mother had no control over, my mother sent a message stating that she did not want to go forward with them anymore. The company believes this invalidates their offer to use the deposit for another rental property. (That is not true. I have checked with a lawyer.) 3) The company says they did not need to honor the deposit because my mother had paid the first deposit in 2020 and because I arranged the new lease agreement. (Although they knew that I was arranging the rental for my mother, that she would be paying the rent and her name and details were also on the lease contract draft.) Furthermore, the company threatened legal action if I posted a negative review on social media. My mother and I have decided not to pursue this further and we will never again do business with this company or recommend it to anyone. The way this situation was handled, the fact that the company accused us of manipulating the situation to get our deposit back, the rudeness of the man I spoke with, and their refusal to work with us to find a solution to actually use the deposit, are more than enough reasons for me to conclude that this company is unprofessional and dishonest.

Pararius is an enormous fine and reliable party to offer all my buy and sell offers of homes. I appreciate it very much that the homes are almost immediately visible on the website after registering via the CRM system. Also, I find the search functions clear and the overall image of good quality. A good place to search for apartments in the complex rental market of Amsterdam. Absolutely a better search option than other available options so far. It would be nice if advertisers/real estate agents were asked to remove advertisements as soon as an apartment is rented out. I've already seen a number where the advertisements remain and the real estate agent then shares a more expensive advertisement via e-mail. Advertisers/real estate agents should also be required to state the actual rent price instead of a lower price to pass through the filters and then put extra costs in the description. This is misleading and undermines trust. Finally, the search filters still need to be improved. For example, the price filter disappears when additional filters are added in the 'more' section. Of course, the price filter can be re-added, but it's annoying to have to do this repeatedly.

Pararius is ideal for finding real estate agencies in your area. You can also send free reactions. Afterwards, you will have to pay at many real estate agencies (or pay if you want to go for a viewing).
