The viewing we had is unfortunately not canceled, we found this very annoying as you take time off for this. When calling to inquire about this, we were assured that an email had been sent, which was not the case. We asked to spell out the email to prevent errors, and received the response: 'We are not a kindergarten.' very unprofessional, and not recommended.
