The process of (over)bidding is completely transparent. Outside the system we have chosen, the support provided by Martin was also experienced as very positive. We were not an average customer, living in Curacao and due to a medical issue could not come to the Netherlands. The entire sales process was a one-two between Curacao and Alkmaar and this with a 5 hour time difference. Worst realtor I could ever experience. My fiancé and I had a viewing for a house. My fiancé and I were well on time. The door is opened and we are harshly rejected, not even offering an apology.
