For me, it was important that we all take things slowly, because due to my health, I wasn't allowed to have any stress at all during the past period. The real estate agent really guided me well and also the buyers, who needed a bit longer to get approval for their financing. The price is disappointing, but I don't think that's the fault of the real estate agent…..

While the housing market is currently a bit overheated, Klaas Bos has remained very down-to-earth. We can heartily recommend him as a buyer's agent for the North Holland region. What a pleasant, calm, honest and knowledgeable buyer's agent. Communication always went smoothly and easily; Klaas takes good time to review documents with you and to help you take off your rose-tinted glasses when necessary. Although our search area shifted during the process, he was always willing to do research for us on the houses we found, so that we could make a well-considered choice.
