Very negative experience with the real estate agent of this office: Ivette Ruijters. The pre-inspection and final inspection together lasted almost two hours, with the focus clearly on finding reasons to keep the deposit. During the inspection, it was literally said: “then we'll do an extra round to maybe discover more.” Mrs. Ruijters' attitude was intimidating, personal and deliberately unkind. Instead of remaining professional and businesslike, mean and belittling remarks were made. Her approach felt hostile and careless, and in my opinion is far from what you may expect from a properly acting real estate agent.
