Searching for a house in Maastricht is an enormously stressful process. But thanks to Van Husyse and Oldrik Beelen (who helped me personally), I was able to find a nice place to stay and didn't have to worry about anything.

The sales process went smoothly. The buyers were also very well assisted by them and are currently enjoying the wonderful life in Spain.

I was kept very expertly informed, worth recommending, also that via the Van Huyse app I was brought up to date.

We experienced the viewing as pleasant. The real estate agent made enough time available for us and he was also very honest in his account. UNSUITABLE!! What a rip-off!! No advice given on the asking price, but with no interest at all, we ultimately had to ask to lower the asking price ourselves. Only then did the real estate agent indicate that this was also a better asking price. He put up a for sale sign, but didn't stand in front of the facade for even one day due to poor attachment. We pointed this out several times, but nothing was done about it. He also felt it necessary to schedule viewing days without any interest. We rented out our house and despite requesting that the house only be scheduled for viewings if there was interest, a viewing day was planned and we lost money. For half a year we experienced nothing but passivity. But when we pulled the plug after six months, suddenly Mr. called us multiple times about his excessively high invoice, which was still outstanding. We dealt with Roeland van Schaaijk.
