Communication could be a little smoother, but overall, very satisfied with this realtor. Received expert advice and just standard market pricing, no nonsense. They really had to work and did work to sell my house, hats off.

Unfortunately, we bought a house with a Sinke, or Alpina, sign in the garden. It turned out that many things were not as described and told by Jeroen Hofstede. It's a shame they give people such an experience. You preferably buy a house as agreed. If you were to buy something from Alpina, I would advise taking a good purchasing broker with knowledge of rights within this industry.

Not recommended, or rather not do it. My review on fb has been removed, so only positive messages remain. (which are of course written by family and friends) A shame, because you can learn from mistakes.

Be careful if you are the purchasing party. I think this is quite clear to Sinke why. There has been contact. Denial from Sinke has always been the answer. Rather strange if you advise a construction to the purchasing party and then subsequently makes those same purchasers pay more because the construction didn't work. And blames the purchasers for everything in the story.

Some real estate recently performed an appraisal for us. Very pleased with his services. As far as we're concerned, highly recommended!

Had Mr. Manche from Manche Vastgoed as the purchasing broker and very satisfied with his services. Due to his many years of work experience, you notice that he knows what he's talking about. Friendly and personal. Price-quality is definitely worth engaging him as a purchasing broker and I therefore also expect to use him as a selling broker.

This 'brokerage' or 'property management', if you can even call it that, isn't even worth one star. Two weeks ago, an appointment was made to view a property, communication via telephone was fine. We were present at the agreed time, but Mr. Manche simply didn't show up. We left multiple voicemails. Three-quarters of an hour later, he called with a rather weak excuse that he had completely forgotten about it because he was moving. Dear Mr., I think nowadays we have mobile phones that can remind us when we have an appointment. After that, Mr. Manche even had the audacity to ask if we were still interested in making another appointment. Well, Mr. Manche, we don't do business with a broker who forgets appointments, especially not in the professional area of his own company. This isn’t just our story, but also something that has happened around us from personal experience.

Also here, bad experiences. Houses are sold for unrealistic asking prices (4 times WOZ value). If you ask questions, you receive rude or no response.

A broker who goes over bodies. Our house with 142 m2 of living space, 1005 m2 plot. Sold for under €240,000 in 2021. I deeply regret that we went into business with this realtor. My father was ill and family had to take over the sale. This realtor didn't put our house on Funda but knew someone who directly had interest and sold it to us as a good idea. The blame lies partly with my family and partly with my father who handed it over. But the realtor should have treated us fairly. However, she did not tell us that the person who wanted to buy it was a contractor and that he would improve the house with some minor adjustments and resell it for a huge amount within six months. For the realtor, that's naturally double profit. It is painful that my father was scammed in this way during the time he received chemotherapy. Here I share my experience, think carefully before entering into business with this realtor.

Too bad I have to experience this. I had a viewing, and was supposed to be called back the next day. My calls were not answered, and I was never called back; the property was already rented out the following day. Definitely not recommended! Makelarij De Munt.

To call to say you have a house and then to call back less than 2 minutes later to say they made a mistake with a surname and that it wasn't you. Very very bad!

A professional, accurate, and also a transparent, human broker with an eye for detail. Appointments are made quickly and followed up on just as fast. A breath of fresh air for both buyers and sellers, and certainly for us. Highly recommended. Mrs. Weckesser (Herma), the “down to earth” approach is absolutely top!
