And in the higher segment there would have been more visits than you were at the bottom end. The realtor didn't find my price realistic and I went along with it because he should be the expert. After an initial shock offer where you would have had a stroke so quickly bad. Adjusted the strategy more towards how I wanted it and still got somewhat more. I am personally of the opinion of men…

Date unknownWith great regret, I had my house appraised by Angela a few months ago. The received appraisal report displayed photos of another object, while she herself made the photos of our house. I have asked her twice by phone to correct this. Instead of an amended version, I received an invoice. How can you make such a big mistake? She is really unprofessional. She occasionally drifts off into dreamland 😴💭. Angela is only concerned with money and not quality.

Date unknownPeople beware! Do not go into business with Ms. Vastgoed! We had a very bad experience with Angela as an agent. She accepted the assignment to sell our new-build home. She set the asking price too high and after a week of no response, she lowered the asking price. From day one we were correcting her, think of unprofessional photos and incorrect texts on funda. She scheduled the viewings two weeks later, which resulted in people not showing up. During her vacation/free days she had no replacement and brought everything to a standstill. In the same complex, three apartments had already been sold within that period by another agent. After eight weeks we decided to withdraw the assignment; she sent us an invoice of €1500 as termination costs. This is something you don't experience anywhere in the Netherlands. She threatened us with immediate payment, otherwise she would remove the house from Funda. We had agreed on a brokerage fee of 1.5% for good and smooth service, while her price is 1%. At Ms. Vastgoed it’s not about quality and service, but only about money. In many cases she also charges the entire brokerage amount upon termination, this is pure fraud! We had eight weeks of stressful and wasted time with this agent. And it cost us a total of €2200 for nothing. People don't fall for it and do not do business with her.

We had to deal with a very unpleasant buyer's agent, and Ingrid managed this very well so we didn't have a lingering feeling about the sale. This allowed us to experience firsthand that Ingrid primarily measures with a human touch, which is reassuring. We also experienced that the team looks critically at themselves and therefore gets the best out of the sale and each other in a very pleasant way. Date unknownIn 2019 we bought a house through this broker, but he forgot to mention that he also sold municipal land with it, as a result we have been having problems with the Municipality for more than three years, but he doesn't want to know anything about it, ignores our emails, while he knew that, but still asks extra money above the asking price. To this day we have heard nothing from the broker, he responds to nothing on Phone or email, I have filed a complaint with the umbrella organization of brokers. My costs are already 3000 euro with the Municipality as well, that broker will pay left or right somehow. At this moment everything is settled with the Municipality, but broker Woltjer does not pay, plays dumb, doesn't even respond to emails from a Lawyer, but I am going to arrange it myself. He will pay left or right.

In that respect they are a bit too lax, as far as I am concerned. They also try to play potential buyers against each other by saying that people are close together and bidding again, while this is not actually the case. We only found out later when the bids became visible.

01 Dec 2024Unfortunately, not possible to give 0 stars. House bought, congratulations, sales agreement closed, how nice. Mr. Wolter goes behind our backs to still have other people make offers despite the agreement. They are told that they get the house as a joke, literally. Unfortunately, you are no longer participating. So if you want to be scammed, take this realtor. Please note, this is not resentment because we made too low an offer or because we didn't get the house. The selling party’s final proposal, we accepted completely without deducting anything from it. It's purely about the dirty, filthy game played by this realtor – NOT A METER TO BE TRUSTED, his word is worth less than zero. So WATCH OUT IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED LIKE THIS, otherwise run away quickly.
