Ingrid Goes and her team guided us incredibly well and professionally with the sale of our house and the purchase of our current home. Selling your house is a live event, and Ingrid and her team feel that very well. They explain in understandable language what and when something will happen so you don't encounter unpleasant surprises. They take care of things where they can with great respect for our wishes, which is really nice! We had to deal with a very unpleasant buyer's agent, and Ingrid managed this very well so we didn't have a lingering feeling about the sale. This allowed us to experience firsthand that Ingrid primarily measures with a human touch, which is reassuring. We also experienced that the team looks critically at themselves and therefore gets the best out of the sale and each other in a very pleasant way. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ingrid Goes makelaars if you want to sell and/or buy a house.

In 2019 we bought a house through this broker, but he forgot to mention that he also sold municipal land with it, as a result we have been having problems with the Municipality for more than three years, but he doesn't want to know anything about it, ignores our emails, while he knew that, but still asks extra money above the asking price. Well, we will not buy or sell a house through Woltjer again, honesty is always the best policy. To this day we have heard nothing from the broker, he responds to nothing on Phone or email, I have filed a complaint with the umbrella organization of brokers. My costs are already 3000 euro with the Municipality as well, that broker will pay left or right somehow. At this moment everything is settled with the Municipality, but broker Woltjer does not pay, plays dumb, doesn't even respond to emails from a Lawyer, but I am going to arrange it myself. He will pay left or right.

Friendly realtor, has a lot of information about the houses but after the bid it takes very long before you are informed that you haven't been selected. In that respect they are a bit too lax, as far as I am concerned. They also try to play potential buyers against each other by saying that people are close together and bidding again, while this is not actually the case. We only found out later when the bids became visible.

Unfortunately, not possible to give 0 stars. House bought, congratulations, sales agreement closed, how nice. Mr. Wolter goes behind our backs to still have other people make offers despite the agreement. They are told that they get the house as a joke, literally. Unfortunately, you are no longer participating. So if you want to be scammed, take this realtor. Please note, this is not resentment because we made too low an offer or because we didn't get the house. The selling party’s final proposal, we accepted completely without deducting anything from it. It's purely about the dirty, filthy game played by this realtor – NOT A METER TO BE TRUSTED, his word is worth less than zero. So WATCH OUT IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED LIKE THIS, otherwise run away quickly.

While looking for a house, we encountered this selling real estate agent during a viewing and I was very disappointed about how little he knew about the property and told us about it. We had to ask everything ourselves and at one point he even started sitting on his phone. Furthermore, the information he gave in response to questions was a bit strange because 5 minutes later the answer suddenly seemed completely different. Professionalism is lacking as far as we are concerned. Afterwards, I discovered that this was notably the owner of this company. We feel that not everyone is treated equally as a potential buyer.
