It started with an exploratory visit to the property, followed by a pleasant introductory meeting with Paul. He painted a realistic picture of the market and the situation surrounding the sale, which turned out to be completely correct afterwards. Because the house was sold while it was rented out, the photo report was somewhat more challenging than usual. Nevertheless, this was excellently resolved: Paul and the photographer were extremely helpful and paid close attention to details to capture the property as well as possible. On-site brainstorming took place to ensure everything was presented representatively in the pictures. After placement on Funda, things went quickly: within a short time there was an open house with multiple interested parties, and a week later a second round followed. We were able to choose from the bids that resulted from this. What also stood out was that the buyers provided some background information about themselves, which made it easier and more trustworthy for us to make a choice. Throughout the entire process, Paul and Patrick kept us well informed. At every viewing, but also during the bidding process, they were professional, clear, and pleasant in their communication. The support in choosing the buyer was valuable and carefully done. The whole process went smoothly and professionally. The office staff were also very helpful with questions about the documents that had to be submitted. As a customer, I felt heard, guided, and fully relieved of obligations. Ramon Klaassen makes very nice promises but absolutely does not keep his appointments! The only thing he could sell was talk (to us), until your agreement, after which you can forget about him! Because calling back or responding to messages is something completely foreign to him! He himself ensured that his credibility and reliability were severely damaged! While WT wonen themselves pass the bids to the selling party. 14 days unable to search for another property because you make a bid after 3 days and then hear nothing for 14 days. The communication is lacking.

We hebben ook voor de styling gekozen en wat hebben we daar een goede beslissing mee genomen! 07 Jan 2026At the beginning of 2024, we purchased a holiday home with a casco on park Harderwold, with the aim to rent it out. Due to a move to the US and because we couldn't find our way in the rental conditions of the park, we decided at the end of 2024 to sell the property. Real estate agent Dop advised us to lower the asking price by €80,000, because otherwise, according to him, the property would be unsellable including Costs Koper. Based on his expertise, we adjusted the price, after which the property was quickly sold. During the sales process, there were signals that there might not be any Costs Koper, because the property was not yet officially in use and was not being rented out. Nevertheless, the real estate agent remained of the opinion that Costs Koper would still apply. In the meantime, more than a year later, it turns out that no Costs Koper were applied and as expected this will also not happen anymore. In hindsight, this had major financial consequences for us. When we raised this with the real estate agent, he said it was annoying that we were not satisfied, but he did not take responsibility for the given advice and its consequences. Our request to reconsider (part of) the commission was rejected.

31 Dec 2025D - Long O - Unprofessional P - Problematic First of all: Do not be misled by the beautiful reviews, they are often fake. They are employees and known people who give the company Dop 5 stars. Stan Doorn, an intern who sold our house as 'assistant real estate agent' is no exception to the rule and approves his own meat. This concerns a NON NVM real estate agent without consumer conditions. Where most real estate agents calculate 1.5% for the complete package including VAT, this agent calculates no less than 2.42% incl VAT That creates expectations Photos, floor plans etc cost a messy 907.50 € extra, with other (NVM) real estate agents it is a part of the total package. (NVM) real estate agents generally also arrange the purchase agreement. This is outsourced by Dop real estate agents to a notary at the buyer's expense. Saves Dop effort and trouble and therefore money. Benjamin Dop comes three quarters of an hour late to our first appointment. He met an old acquaintance. A nice conversation follows but no advice regarding selling price etc. This is left to us. No market knowledge at all. Our previous (local) real estate agent had mostly bad weather viewings, vacationers who go to look at holiday homes with bad weather. Hence the switch to the non-local Dop. We get the brochure from Dop. Dop has copied the full text and floor plans of the other real estate agent. This is out of this world not the intention. It takes almost three months before it is finally properly arranged. The photographer was sick. He could not upload the photos due to a power outage etc. Mr Stan Doorn (intern) who greatly overestimates his abilities is responsible for the sale of our house. No nice feeling. There are, however, more reviews that highlight incompetence for example Mr de Rooij who according to his own account was quite financially duped by bad advice from Dop. Unprofessional viewings follow where the intern can hardly answer any questions because he has no file knowledge. Questions from potential buyers are forwarded to us. This happens often and duplicated by multiple employees within the office who apparently also do not communicate with each other. After ourselves lowering the price of the house and sending a list of plus points to Mr Doorn it is eventually sold. Of course, all this would be due to Dop real estate agents. The intern then goes on vacation and forgets to make an appointment with the notary for drafting the purchase agreement. Both buyer and seller are kept waiting for two weeks. Mr Benjamin Dop fantasizes that it is a nice thing to try and save the situation. The notary would be too busy due to holidays. The local notary would no longer take on files and have a waiting list of six months. The appointment for passing the deed is then shifted twice without any consultation. This would be due to the notary who made a double appointment. Both notaries contacted. In all cases it was fabrications. Besides manipulating reviews, one can also fantasize well at Dop. Mr Doorn is also not aware of what he may or may not do. For example, he offers to inspect our house for the buyers which he as a selling real estate agent is not allowed to do at all. This is a task for a buying real estate agent. Conclusion: This 'real estate agent' who only places an advertisement and performs viewings and cannot answer questions himself, richly fantasizes and does not advise and further outsources everything at the expense of the seller/buyer is really not recommended and falls under the category window dressing (making things look nicer or more favorable than they are) with also a much too high price tag. Moreover, the company Dop itself places 5 star reviews. Which in my opinion already indicates how sad it actually is with this company. Drama Dop is the description I can give it. Never again!

06 Dec 2025Sellers take note! Why would you choose them? I've done a few viewings where these men were the selling agents. At all viewings: 1. The agent never showed us the house, but told us we had to go look ourselves. And he just keeps standing helplessly in the living room. This happened with three different agents, so it seems like their company culture. 2. For buyers: of all the houses I've viewed, those with the most defects were sold by these men. So if you see them as a selling agent, run away. 3. They think that buyers, because it's now a sellers' market, have to buy with their eyes closed. So for 75% of the questions they never give you a clear answer. 4. Usually, when you ask questions, they say the house is being sold by their colleague and that I'm alone, so I don't know. If you later call for more information or because you don't have documents, you get nothing. It seems like a deliberate strategy to avoid questions. Conclusion: I've stopped looking at houses offered for sale via a DB system. All the best to all!
