Misled by the prepared advertisement and promises made during the viewings. Now I am left with a leak in two bedrooms, which according to the real estate agent Mellanie were known to the seller and supposedly resolved. This is not the case and they simply point to a structural survey that I did not have done. It takes weeks to get a response on problems.
