Date unknownA nice agency without frills and with transparent costs that don't run wild compared to other offices. Our house was sold within 2 weeks. There were so many interested parties that there were two viewing days. Julian had no voice left! Contact took place via a group app with Julian and Tamara, which was very pleasant for easily discussing the process or asking questions. This agency also has the slogan: 'Just a little different' and we noticed that too in our case. In short, we highly recommend this office!

But.. furthermore, professional guidance and a pleasant way of guiding a house through the sales process is also an art, and Makelaardij Renger masters that. Price is good, not the cheapest. David, the owner, is a calm, incredibly friendly and very experienced sales/purchase real estate agent with a good sense of humor 🙂 He exudes confidence and really takes the time for you! It never felt rushed or unclear. He thinks along with you, isn't always immediately available by phone but you are called back super quickly and then explains everything calmly and clearly. On the day of delivery, he took the time again, which gave us a very good and pleasant feeling. Everything is arranged to the last detail. And also for a very fair price. The price-quality ratio is really top! We are extremely happy that we found our dream house through DAM Vastgoed. Date unknownWhat a criminal gang that is. David Annoff was instructed to perform a validated appraisal. Received a value well below market value. Afterwards, it turned out that Annoff had made some 'mistakes' in the surface area and volume of the whole thing, causing the value to be tens of thousands of euros lower. DAM was immediately asked to stop the reporting because an appraised value that is not market-conform has no value whatsoever. Against wishes and agreements, it was still submitted as an appraisal to NWWI by DAM. The consequence? A validated appraisal that can no longer be adjusted, causing the mortgage to now cost much more. This is clearly a group that only wants to make money quickly instead of wanting to be a good service provider who listens to the customer's wishes. As long as they can cash in, it’s fine. At any cost. A reaction? An apology? Of course not, because the bill could be passed on. Never again DAM!!!!!!!! What scammers. It’s a shame I can’t award negative points because anything above the zero line is too much honor for this place. I have to award 1 star because otherwise this message cannot be posted, but even that one star is two too many. Fortunately, there are also real estate agents in Zeewolde who are proficient and really know how the market works. But DAM certainly does not belong to this group. My advice? Stay away from them and go to a competent real estate agent. I was supposed to receive a response from DAM on this review. This again shows what kind of people you are dealing with there. First, it is suggested that I asked the realtor to put something on paper instead of doing an objective appraisal. The only question asked was to display the correct market value based on accurate measurements. When it turned out that mistakes were being made, I pointed this out. That is very different from trying to influence anything. Indeed, Annof himself took the measurements but it turned out to be more difficult than he thought. Calculating square meters and volume turns out to be too ambitious for DAM. The fact that they state that they did not make a mistake in the dimensions is unfortunate. But admitting your own mistakes is very difficult for some people. Nothing other than having the correct data put on paper was ever requested. Subsequently, another (better) appraiser redid everything and discovered DAM’s errors. The fact that Annof suggests again that this realtor would let himself be influenced is unfounded and certainly not an issue. This realtor proved to be able to process the correct data and bring Annof's mistakes to light. Nothing more or less than that. Talking about colleagues like that as a realtor without knowing the facts says enough about DAM. The only reason to spend time on this corrupt group through this review is solely to refute the claims made by Annof. As if someone tried to influence the report? Another realtor who would let himself be influenced? Continuing to insist that the correct data was displayed? Unfortunately for DAM, none of this is true. If you as a realtor completely miss the mark, you could learn something from it. And that is something different than pointing at everyone on all sides that they did something wrong, like DAM is doing now. They remain losers. So once again: Stay away from that club.

Toen u een taxateur had gevonden die zich wel liet beïnvloeden heeft het NWWI mij gebeld en mij in het gelijk gesteld. Wellicht als de markt verder aantrekt, of indien u een verbetering uitvoert aan de woning, zal de woning wel waard zijn wat u nodig hebt voor de hypotheek. 04 Dec 2024On a whim, I walked into the office of DAM Vastgoed in August '24. There, I was received and assisted with utmost kindness by David. An appointment was quickly made. During the house visit, it soon became clear that I didn't need to look for another real estate agent. The connection and mutual trust were immediate. Shortly thereafter, the necessary steps were taken, such as hiring a stylist, a photographer, and applying for an energy label. My wildest expectations were exceeded when, three weeks after publication on Funda, the preliminary purchase agreement was signed. During my interim visits to the office, I was greeted with extreme friendliness by the receptionists. Today, three months after publication on Funda, the sale has passed at the notary's office. Undoubtedly, the 'market' contributed to this, but the professional involvement of DAM Vastgoed proved indispensable in this entire process.

This is evident in everything: the sincere interest in the ‘clients’ and their wishes, his excellent accessibility, and boundless dedication in a challenging market.
