04 May 2025He does not act in the interest of the clients he represents, both as a seller and as a buyer. We ended up with him because we were very interested in a specific house that he was helping to sell in Muiden. He immediately tried to steer us towards another house that he sold in Muiderberg, while we had never indicated that we were interested in it. How would you feel if your real estate agent tried to convince potential buyers not to buy your house, while you are paying him a lot of money to do so? We made an offer on the house we originally wanted in Muiden, and he displayed questionable behavior to obtain an A energy label by collaborating with his connection, Gert (mentioned in another one-star review from a few days ago), to temporarily install solar panels on the house – long enough to get the desired energy label. Without our knowledge, the panels were removed before we bought the house. Every attempt to resolve this was answered with “I’ll come by next week”, but he never shows up. Meanwhile, I am working with a lawyer to finally resolve this after five months of empty promises. Unreachable and every negative review here is indeed an accurate reflection of reality. If you see so many bad reviews, you really should take that seriously.

Unfortunately, I don't know Marie Jose Vogel. Apparently, she doesn't know me either. I am a service provider pur sang and have been doing that with great pleasure since 1970. Word-of-mouth advertising means that I never have to advertise as a mortgage advisor. As a real estate agent, I know Muiden and Muiderberg like the back of my hand. I do appreciate clear communication. So if I indicate that a price is reasonable, I think so too. Come visit yourself.

I am a service provider. If the seller/landlord instructs me to achieve a certain price, I will do that too. Dear ''applecase'' why don't you respond with your name? then I can explain how and why. I myself am always willing to call it as it is. Anonymous accusations...what are they for? Incidentally, real estate brokerage is not a very profitable profession. The reward per transaction is high, but you do have office rent, automation costs and personnel costs. With a turnover of less than 1 house per week, you simply make a loss.

We wanted to rent a house through this realtor and then received what he called a standard contract (referring to a professional organization). This contract had been modified so much that it can no longer be called a standard contract. Not only were there many textual errors in it, but there were also several clauses that are completely prohibited by law. So be careful and get advice through a recognized realtor.

My assignment was an ''anti-squat lease'', occupancy while the property was for sale. In the interest of the owner, I am therefore setting up a strict contract. If you don't want to rent: good friends, but no reason for a negative review.

Date unknownVery bad experience with Vesta. Especially the valuation by B. I still have my doubts whether he is a NVM appraiser. He looks in the land registry for surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He doesn't look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes at all. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very careless, very un-customer focused and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he will rip you off.

04 Aug 2025I got to know Joek as the sales broker of the house where I now live. He wasn't 'hired' by me, so to speak, but if I ever sell my house again, that’s what I would do. Joek connects with people; he is genuinely interested in how they are doing, and when he looks at a property, he sees the person who lives there. Also, Joek has an eye for how to get houses photographed well, which beautiful glimpses make the house worth it. So trust him if he wants to shuffle things around! His individuality is something you either like or not (I do). Don't expect a typical broker in a suit, but a man who lovingly and creatively puts a property on the market and goes to great lengths to make the sale a pleasure for both parties.

During this conversation, I was surprised by the enthusiasm of the broker and the time he took to answer my questions and provide advice. Especially remarkable that this conversation took place on Friday evening, well after 18:00. His role as a sales broker changed into a purchasing broker upon acquaintance. This resulted, to our amazement and to our delight, fairly quickly in a purchase and a lovely apartment, it's A'dam Good Story. 13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

16 Jul 2024We were scammed by this real estate agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they touted as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold everywhere, the furniture was broken, every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After being confronted with the problems, they started lying and blaming my relatives for 'not following the standard procedure', which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we did get our deposit back, but we were still ripped off by an extra €1350 by the greedy landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.
