13 Apr 2025He does not act in the interest of the clients he represents, both as a seller and as a buyer. We ended up with him because we were very interested in a specific house that he was helping to sell in Muiden. He immediately tried to steer us towards another house that he sold in Muiderberg, while we had never indicated that we were interested in it. How would you feel if your real estate agent tried to convince potential buyers not to buy your house, while you are paying him a lot of money to do so? We made an offer on the house we originally wanted in Muiden, and he displayed questionable behavior to obtain an A energy label by collaborating with his connection, Gert (mentioned in another one-star review from a few days ago), to temporarily install solar panels on the house – long enough to get the desired energy label. Without our knowledge, the panels were removed before we bought the house. Every attempt to resolve this was answered with “I’ll come by next week”, but he never shows up. Meanwhile, I am working with a lawyer to finally resolve this after five months of empty promises. Unreachable and every negative review here is indeed an accurate reflection of reality. If you see so many bad reviews, you really should take that seriously.

20 Jan 2025Unreliable man. I have even been physically threatened by him. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. Reasonable asking prices? After more than 100 viewings, no offers received. Changed brokers and Pieter is angry. Sold within 1 week with a genuine NVM broker.

Unfortunately, I don't know Marie Jose Vogel. Apparently, she doesn't know me either. I am a service provider pur sang and have been doing that with great pleasure since 1970. Word-of-mouth advertising means that I never have to advertise as a mortgage advisor. As a real estate agent, I know Muiden and Muiderberg like the back of my hand. I do appreciate clear communication. So if I indicate that a price is reasonable, I think so too. Come visit yourself.

20 Jan 2025My 1 star review is separate from the below. The reviews as on Google give, in my opinion, a good picture of reality. Mr. van Vlaanderen believes he can play parties off each other. Waits long to respond to bids, has no or at least very poor telephone reachability and seeks the moral boundaries. Reacting with full name to a deserved review says everything. And finally: a bid is a bid - in this order () on a property that has been for sale for more than a year is not crazy.

Pepijn von Brucken Fock wanted to keep a substantial part of the purchase agreement outside the purchase agreement. I refused that. Then he offers more than 10% below the asking price. I advised my clients not to accept it.

I am a service provider. If the seller/landlord instructs me to achieve a certain price, I will do that too. Dear ''applecase'' why don't you respond with your name? then I can explain how and why. I myself am always willing to call it as it is. Anonymous accusations...what are they for? Incidentally, real estate brokerage is not a very profitable profession. The reward per transaction is high, but you do have office rent, automation costs and personnel costs. With a turnover of less than 1 house per week, you simply make a loss.

We wanted to rent a house through this realtor and then received what he called a standard contract (referring to a professional organization). This contract had been modified so much that it can no longer be called a standard contract. Not only were there many textual errors in it, but there were also several clauses that are completely prohibited by law. So be careful and get advice through a recognized realtor.

My assignment was an ''anti-squat lease'', occupancy while the property was for sale. In the interest of the owner, I am therefore setting up a strict contract. If you don't want to rent: good friends, but no reason for a negative review.

The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

24 May 2024We were scammed by this agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they advertised as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold in multiple places, the furniture was broken, and every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After confronting them about the problems, they started lying and blaming my family members for ‘not following standard procedure’, which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we were able to get our deposit back, but we were still scammed an extra € 1350,- due to the cheap landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.
