15 Dec 2025Definitely not a recommendation. He acts entirely against his clients' interests — not as a sales agent and not as a purchase agent. We came to him because we were very interested in a house he was selling in Muiden. Instead of helping us with that, he immediately tried to convince us to look at another house of his in Muiderberg, while we had never shown any interest in that. Imagine: your agent is trying to keep potential buyers away from your house, while you pay him to sell it. In the end we did make an offer on the house in Muiden, but then things quickly went wrong. To get an energy label A, he had his contact person Gert (also mentioned in another recent 1-star review) temporarily install solar panels — purely to get the label. Without us knowing, those panels were removed again before the transfer. What followed were months full of empty promises like “I’ll come by next week”, but he never showed up. Later I found out that he had agreed with the seller that he himself would pay for the panels. When the seller tried to help me, he no longer responded to her messages. And they had known each other for years — their daughters were childhood friends. After eight months he finally sent a company to install new panels, but with less capacity than needed to achieve the A label. I was glad at that moment that something was finally happening and let it go. Later the solar panel company told me that he had never paid them and that they still had thousands of euros in credit. Whether he later did pay I don’t know, but at the latest months afterwards. To make it up to me he promised to have a home battery installed — on one condition: that I would remove my negative review. Four months later there is still nothing happened. Every time I ask for an update, I hear that “someone will come by this week”, but no one ever comes. I’m done with it. Do you want to experience the same frustration, empty promises and unreliable behavior? Then Vlaanderen is exactly the agent for you.

15 Jan 2025Unreliable man. I have even been physically threatened by him. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. Reasonable asking prices? After more than 100 viewings, no offers received. Changed brokers and Pieter is angry. Sold within 1 week with a genuine NVM broker.

Unfortunately, I don't know Marie Jose Vogel. Apparently, she doesn't know me either. I am a service provider pur sang and have been doing that with great pleasure since 1970. Word-of-mouth advertising means that I never have to advertise as a mortgage advisor. As a real estate agent, I know Muiden and Muiderberg like the back of my hand. I do appreciate clear communication. So if I indicate that a price is reasonable, I think so too. Come visit yourself.

I am a service provider. If the seller/landlord instructs me to achieve a certain price, I will do that too. Dear ''applecase'' why don't you respond with your name? then I can explain how and why. I myself am always willing to call it as it is. Anonymous accusations...what are they for? Incidentally, real estate brokerage is not a very profitable profession. The reward per transaction is high, but you do have office rent, automation costs and personnel costs. With a turnover of less than 1 house per week, you simply make a loss.

We wanted to rent a house through this realtor and then received what he called a standard contract (referring to a professional organization). This contract had been modified so much that it can no longer be called a standard contract. Not only were there many textual errors in it, but there were also several clauses that are completely prohibited by law. So be careful and get advice through a recognized realtor.

My assignment was an ''anti-squat lease'', occupancy while the property was for sale. In the interest of the owner, I am therefore setting up a strict contract. If you don't want to rent: good friends, but no reason for a negative review.

07 Oct 2025No good experience with this real estate agent. We engaged Vesta to assist us both in the sale of our home and in the purchase of a new home. After initial conversations and one unsuccessful bid on a house, contact with Vesta became less frequent until communication completely stopped. A property profile was supposed to be created for us with suitable houses, but this never got off the ground. We then, after weeks of radio silence, were forced to engage another real estate agent who successfully managed to help us move. Now, a year and a half later, an invoice of 500 euros for cancellation fees has been placed on our mat. Technically/legal correct but it feels easily earned, doesn't it? If you're looking for a real estate agent who can guide you from start to finish, keep looking.

Upon first contact, Joek showed up on his scooter in casual clothing, unlike other real estate agents who arrive in a suit with folders. It was a pleasant conversation where the feeling was immediately good. He is clear and honest, which also turned out to be the case during the entire sales process. Joek even solved a problem with the door to the garden! When we decided to engage Joek, he immediately got to work. 07 Jul 2025What a great guy Martin is. I've truly never encountered such a pleasant real estate agent before. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely understood. We didn't want to just sell our house to anyone after 28 years, and he understood that perfectly. I found it incredibly exciting, but Martin was there, understood it, and guided the process in a warm and empathetic way. Accessible, connected to who we are, and with an eye for the entire process. Besides Almere, he is very familiar with Lelystad, which was very important to us. We also appreciated that he well supported the buyers of our house because they were very enthusiastic but also overwhelmed because they're so in love with our house. Without any effort, he stood by them as well; that’s what I call a top real estate agent. Martin, thank you for all your good care. You are a real estate agent that I wish every buyer or seller of a house. You really get it.

I can only say that I was very nervous before the process started, but Laurien made the entire process super easy and smooth for me. The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.
