13 Apr 2025Hij handelt niet in het belang van de klanten die hij vertegenwoordigt, zowel als verkoper als als koper. Wij kwamen bij hem terecht omdat we erg geïnteresseerd waren in een specifiek huis dat hij hielp verkopen in Muiden. Hij probeerde ons meteen om te praten naar een ander huis dat hij verkocht in Muiderberg, terwijl wij nooit hadden aangegeven daarin geïnteresseerd te zijn. Hoe zou jij je voelen als jouw makelaar potentiële kopers probeert te overtuigen om jouw huis niet te kopen, terwijl jij hem juist veel geld betaalt om dat wél te doen? We hebben een bod uitgebracht op het huis dat we oorspronkelijk wilden in Muiden, en hij vertoonde twijfelachtig gedrag om een A-energielabel te verkrijgen door samen te werken met zijn connectie, Gert (genoemd in een andere eensterreview van een paar dagen geleden), om tijdelijk zonnepanelen op het huis te plaatsen – lang genoeg om het gewenste energielabel te krijgen. Zonder dat wij het wisten zijn de panelen verwijderd vóórdat wij het huis kochten. Elke poging om dit op te lossen werd beantwoord met “ik kom volgende week langs”, maar hij komt nooit opdagen. Inmiddels werk ik samen met een advocaat om dit na vijf maanden aan loze beloftes eindelijk op te lossen. Niet bereikbaar en elke negatieve review hier is inderdaad een juiste afspiegeling van de werkelijkheid. Als je zóveel slechte recensies ziet, moet je daar echt iets van aantrekken.

Ik heb me meer dan gemiddeld ingespannen om ook voor deze koper een goede bemiddelaar te zijn . Hij heeft na een aantal bezichtigingen er voor gekozen een makelaar koper in te schakelen. Onaardig om dan achteraf kritiek te hebben…

20 Jan 2025Onbetrouwbare man. Ik ben zelfs lichamelijk bedreigd door hem. BLIJF VER BIJ HEM WEG. Redelijke vraagprijzen? Na meer dan 100 bezichtingen geen enkel bod gehad. Van makelaar veranderd en Pieter boos. Bij een echte NVM makelaar binnen 1 week verkocht.

Helaas ken ik Marie Jose Vogel niet. Kennelijk kent ze mij ook niet. Ik ben dienstverlener pur sang en doe dat sinds 1970 met veel plezier. Mond tot mond reclame maakt dat ik als hypotheekadviseur nooit hoef te adverteren. Als makelaar ken ik Muiden en Muiderberg als mijn broekzak. Ik houd wel van helder communiceren. Dus als ik aan geef dat een prijs redelijk is ,vind ik dat ook. Kom zelf maar eens langs.

20 Jan 2025Mijn 1 ster review staat los van onderstaande. De reviews zoals op Google staan geven wat mij betreft een goed beeld van de werkelijkheid. De heer van Vlaanderen meent partijen te kunnen uitspelen. Wacht lang op het geven van reacties op biedingen, is niet- of in elk geval zeer slecht telefonisch bereikbaar en zoekt de morele grenzen op. Met volledige naam reageren op een verdiende review zegt alles. En tot slot: een bieding is een bieding- in deze orde (500K) op een woning die meer dan een jaar te koop staat helemaal niet gek.

20 Oct 2024Recent zeer succesvol (alweer) mijn 3de verkoop via EP gedaan. Zoals ook bij de vorige edities. Was het gehele process fijn, duidelijk en zeer professioneel. Kortom ik kan me dan ook niet vinden in onderstaande. En raadt iedereen > EP en zijn team aan. Niet alleen zeer vakkundige maar vooral fijne mensen ook. Kortom een ideale match als je dus succesvol wilt kopen of verkopen.

Ik ben dienstverlener .Indien de verkoper /verhuurder opdracht geeft een bepaalde prijs te realiseren doe ik dat ook. Beste ""applecase "" waarom reageer je niet met je naam ? dan kan ik uitleggen hoezo en Waarom. Zelf ben ik altijd bereid man en paard te noemen. Anonieme verwijten...wat moet je er mee? Overigens is de makelaardij een niet erg winstgevend beroep. De beloning per transactie is hoog, maar je hebt wel kantoorhuur, automatiseringskosten en personeelskosten. Bij een omzet van minder dan 1 huis per week maak je dus gewoon verlies.

20 Apr 2021Deze makelaar is zeer slecht in communicatie en ook eens onbeschoft. Wij wilden via deze makelaar een huis huren en kregen toen volgens hem een standaard contract aangeboden (verwijzend naar een beroepsorganisatie). Dit contract was zoveel aangepast dat het niet meer standaard contract genoemd mag worden. Niet alleen zaten er vele tekstuele fouten in, er stonden ook meerdere bepalingen in die volgens de wet helemaal niet mag. Oppassen dus en laat je via een erkende makelaar adviseren.

Mijn opdracht was een ""anti kraak huurcontract"" ,een bewoning terwijl de woning te koop stond. in het belang van de eigenaar stel ik dan DUS een streng contact op. Als je dan niet wil huren : even goede vrienden ,maar geen reden voor een negatieve review.

29 Nov 2024Wij kozen voor Sterk Makelaars vanwege de scherpe prijsstelling en de kennis van de lokale markt. Ondanks de scherpe prijsstelling waren de foto's van onze projecten fenomenaal goed. Ook de wervende teksten van Sterk Makelaar zijn een schot in de roos. Het was daarna een peulenschil om ons huizen te verkopen. Het moeilijkste was een koper te kiezen tussen alle aantrekkelijke aanbiedingen die we mochten ontvangen. Als je een makelaar zoekt in deze regio met een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding ben je bij Sterk makelaars aan het juiste adres.

13 Sep 2024In het kort: gewoon niet doen! Toelichting vind je hieronder. ________________________________________ Van A tot Z is dit proces zeer onprofessioneel verlopen. De makelaar die wij hadden aangesteld voor de verkoop, Skender, is zonder enige berichtgeving direct na akkoord op de offerte op vakantie gegaan. Daarna werden wij overgelaten aan zijn vervanger, Remco, en dat was een verschrikkelijke ervaring alom. Op een rijtje: 1. Remco nam nimmer op wanneer je belde en reageerde niet op berichten -- zelfs de notaris gaf bij verkoop aan dat Remco er om bekend staat dat hij niet bereikbaar is. 2. Remco stelde zichzelf ook niet voor na het opvolgen van Skender. Hij liet niks van zich horen en bood geen informatie over de bezichtigingen die hij gepland had. 3. Remco heeft valse informatie meegegeven tijdens de bezichtigingen, wat ook van negatieve invloed is geweest op de verkoopprijs van ons huis. 4. Remco was zeer onbeleefd alom. 5. Remco heeft spullen meeverkocht met het huis die niet te koop waren. 6. Toen Remco hierop aangesproken werd zei hij: "Ik ga niet om een paar spulletjes onderhandelen." Uiteindelijk hebben wij door deze houding, en de onwil om voor onze belangen op te komen, onze spullen niet kunnen behouden. 7. Remco heeft afspraken gemaakt met de aankopende partij over de voorwaarden van de verkoop die niet met ons besproken zijn. Toen de notaris hem probeerde te bellen hierover nam hij -uiteraard- ook niet op. En ga zo maar door. Bij het contact opnemen met Skender over de ondermaats verleende service was Skender zeer verontwaardigd dat wij ontevreden waren. Hij erkende onze frustraties niet en we hebben ook geen verbetering ervaren of excuses gekregen. Al met al was er sprake van een enorm gebrek aan transparantie, bereikbaarheid en service-gericht zijn. Het is absoluut geen aanrader om met 1 van deze beide mannen te werken. Ze zijn beiden compleet onkundige en onbehoorlijke makelaars.

Ik heb contact opgenomen dat ik hulp wilde met het bepalen van een goed bod voor een huis, omdat ik natuurlijk een bod wil doen dat in verhouding staat tot het huis. Uiteindelijk tot een bod gekomen dat tienduizenden euro's boven de taxatiewaarde en boven andere biedingen ligt. Daar kom je dan natuurlijk later pas achter. Ik heb geen verstand van huizenprijzen dus had dus daarom had ik juist een aankoopmakelaar ingeschakeld. Dusja teveel vertrouwen gehad. Maar helaas Skender heeft 0 reflectievermogen en verantwoordelijkheid getoond in deze en wil vooral dat zijn factuur voldaan wordt.

01 Apr 2024We were scammed by this agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they advertised as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold in multiple places, the furniture was broken, and every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After confronting them about the problems, they started lying and blaming my family members for ‘not following standard procedure’, which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we were able to get our deposit back, but we were still scammed an extra € 1350,- due to the cheap landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.
